This place has unique Cholula-style charm. It’s well located, just a short walk to both the city center and the pyramids, and also offers parking. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than usual. The on-site restaurant has a varied menu, and the team was happy to prepare custom dishes not on the list.

The Wi-Fi can be weak on the upper floors. There was no ventilation in the room, so it felt a bit stuffy at night. We had to keep the window open to get some air. The mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable as they felt a bit firm. No blackout curtains, so the room gets light very early in the morning, which is something to consider if you like to sleep in.

Very well located hotel, area feels safe and is a very big property. They have good food for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately the staff at the reception were not the most friendly ones and our room phone was not working so we had to constantly walk there if we wanted something.

I appreciated the location, cleaning, facilities and privacy. The decoration is simple and includes all necessary furniture. The personnel is professional and friendly. The bedroom was big including a walking closet.

The use of plastic bottles and plastic containers for toiletries.

Very safe located, beautiful building, super spacious room, excellent shower, comfortable beds, many restaurants, bars and locations to go for a walk around. Very close to the beautiful park located.

Door of the room is almost not sound isolated, you can hear everything. WiFi signal is very strong in the rooms, but the throughput is super bad (1.5 Mbit/s).

With 3 similar, but different buildings there were 3 similar, but different rooms with the same number. We did not listen well and consequently could not enter our room 301, that really was not our room, but a room with the same number in one of the other buildings.

Rooms are fair sized and quiet. The location is very convenient, including free parking for hotel guests. The hotel is close to nice restaurants and bars, banks and shops of art and handcrafts.

No bell boy, third floor without elevator. Only one key card worked. The receptionist did not seem to be interested.

Sound proofing of room was poor.. we could have done without the sound of the neighbours early evening sex !

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is in the centre of the town. We went for a tour and dinner in the little place just around the corner. The room was spacious enough, and had its old time charm with all the wooden furniture.

No elevator in the part we were on, would not be a problem for young people like us... but it was our fault, to be moving our big 23kg luggage all around Mexico...

The perfect location first of all. I adore the patio area with lemon trees and birds singing. The room was big and clean, a small balcony brings an additional charm to it.

The central location is perfect for getting to know San Pedro Cholula. The rooms are spacious, nice traditional interior, plumbing and water worked very well. The patio with trees and shrubs is quiet and fresh. There is parking space with security.

Internet was not reliable in all 3 rooms we had. The only chair is extremely unfomfortable. Our receptionist was quite reluctant to give us the rooms we had booked but finally complied. For meals, we preferred the restaurant around the corner.
