Adult only hotel. Quiet and chill vibes. You can access adult only beach in the same hotel resort, the beach bar & all hotel's buffet. Breakfast and silence disco are big highlight to recommend!

Used sofa bed in the room but metal hurted my back. Asked extra mattress on top of, but still very uncomfortable to sleep on. Could update the sofa for extra guest.

Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.

Our room was wonderful. Clean, everything worked, from the air conditioning to having hot water. The room was a joy to go back to after spending the whole day in the sun. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. These wonderful people work so hard to make your stay memorable, from the cleaning staff, entertainment staff, dining staff, gardeners, tram drivers, porters, front desk staff. Thank you all for making this vacation one to remember. Just a quick note, please tip generously. These hard working people deserve every penny given.

There was nothing that I really disliked. If there was one thing I might have a little grumble about would be that the food was not as fancy as I remembered.

I tried to contact the hotel before arrival and all the choices redirect me to a drop list. None of the options matched my request. Really bad.

Beautiful place !! The staff was amazing this is my third time coming in and has exceeded my expectations. One of my family members got sick and they even offered medical service and cooked special food to help feeling better.

Maybe will require better bed from the sofa but you can ask to place another mattress and if they have availability they offered me another bed. The towels need a little bit of softener , they are rough to dry with and it hurts a little bit after you are sunburned.

The Staff are great, very polite and attentive. The resort is nice and quiet with a very relaxed vibe. Food choices are good, with a mix of buffet and restaurant variations.

Checking in online was a bit of a pain, there was no clear way to booking any of the restaurants for specific days of our stay. The app basically booked them for us and there was no way to change these. Some of the restaurants were obviously unavailable, however they did not seem to be full to capacity when walking around the complex.

“Martha”, the VIP membership person was literally a pain in our ass. she lied to us stating that she had a “welcome package” for us only to switch that to trying to sell us a membership. to get her to stop bugging us we agreed to visit a property, and later we cancelled. she then stalked us physically and by phone. when we interacted with the Bahia Principle property sales, she accused them of stealing her client (us). they didn’t. as explained many times to Martha, we are in the market to BUY a property, not rent, not timeshare, not membership. I informed the management of Sian Ka’an of this matter.

The rooms could use some minor updating.

Choice of space, including private beach at one of shared resorts, and restaurants meant you couldn’t get bored!

Some of staff quite clumsy/inexperienced in how they handled issues including an incident with my daughter travelling alone in a taxi who wasn’t allowed into the resort for half an hour!

Smaller resort, great and hardworking staff and lots of options for food and to use amenities of other three resorts

Transportation back to the airport was scheduled way too early. We spent 4.5 hours waiting for our flight.
