Fantastic location right at the beach, secluded, beautiful, quiet, clean swimming pools- our baby enjoyed a little one! We saw small turtles hatching at the beach and plenty of corrals and fish to the right from the hotel while snorkelling. We had an ocean view villa and it was above and beyond stay.

We liked everything and came prepared after reading some reviews. A few recommendations- rent a car for the entire stay, bring water shoes and snorkelling masks.

Everything was good!

The location was so quiet. The mattresses were so comfortable and sheets soft. The house keeping service making the beds everyday was lovely. The beach was small but quiet as there were not a lot of people taking advantage of the facilities. The toiletries provided were organic and nice. The Jungle Fish restaurant was nextdoor and the food was fabulous. quick drive to "town". Breakfast in the hotel was easy and of good value.

There are no shower curtains on the shower so water did get everywhere. It would be nice to have a simple closure. directions on how to get the correct coffee for the coffee maker would be nice. The exterior light didn't work so it was dark and hard to enter the unit easily. We were not close to "town" but it was a quick 3 minute drive and it was our choice to stay in a quieter location.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a larger room with stunning sea view. This really made our stay fenomenal. The room had all amenities needed to completely relax and enjoy the fantastic weather and beach. Nice pool area, private beach and easy parking. Comfortable beds, huge terrace overlooking pool and beach.

Very remote location, own car is needed to explore and go to restaurants, bars, shops. Restaurant in the hotel was closed (room service only for breakfast and lunch) which was a pity. Room could benefit from better ventilation (both in bathroom and for cooking area). Unfortunately we had no power for 1 full day while we were there, which meant no cooking, no water, ...

Close to the beach. Able to See the turtle nests on the beach. Quarters were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

We were cold st night. There were no blanket or bedspreads. Room had a street view. When we inquired, we were told only 2 or 3 bedrooms had beachside view or balcony.

We stayed at the nice Villa with great seaview and confortarble beds. Clean and well maintained with you would need in an apparment.

The beach was nice but too rocky. Shoes absolutely needed. Maybe due to two days of wind and waves there was nothing to see under water as not clear. Breakfast on terrace extremely slow. We had to wait 1 hour to get our food! Also very expensive. Totally disorganized. No other alternative than taking the car to Akumal beach for decent food for breakfast and dinner.

The rooms were great with a small kitchen to make basic food. The bed was amazing and our room was serviced everyday which was great being on vacation. The upkeep of this place was great. Nice and quiet with less crowds.

You can not swim in the sea in front of the hotel due to watergrass and rocks. You have to walk some distance to swim in the sea. Parking at the main beach is difficult and expensive. We walked to our excursions which takes about 20min along the beach to the main town of Akumal.

This property is a great option for families who do not like the all inclusive resort type of accommodation. The apartments are spacious, well maintained, very clean and conveniently located half way between Tulum and Playa del Carmen (20/30 mins by car). Staff are nice and helpful. Beautiful beach and swimming pool on the property.

The only missing thing in the apartment was a washing machine. The beach is cleaned of seaweeds daily but a lot of rubbish is still left behind. The restaurant does not operate for dinner so you have to go somewhere else. So a car is a must if you want to stay at this property.

Great big apartment and very comfortable bef but unfortunately the beach was so rocky that it was almost impossible to access the sea. The restaurant was also closed and we weren't told that before our trip, there was an option of room service but with no outside space it would have meant eating in our room. There is only one other restaurant nearby so our options were limited. Saying that it is a nice complex and the price was good.

No outside space in the standard apartment and this wasn't obvious on booking.
