The people that works there. They are very attentive. Very polite and respectful. Hard working people.

May be the beach but it wasn’t something that will stopped us from having fun.

The beach from location is excellent.

The breakfast buffet is very average. No toast available and only selected days for cereal type food. Would be nice if a kettle or mini fridge were in each room.

Staff were wonderful! Hassel at the desk and Carlos in ding were so helpful and nice. Thank you for a great stay!

I did like the scenery and the overall emplacement where the hotel is located, as wel as its exterior architechtural design.

Rooms could be a bit better equipped and better looking. Meals are ok but I did not feel safe taking some of the meals. For example, rice and vegetables were not warm enough for me to feel safe eating them. For example, yogurt, sauces and other meals were not covered and could get easily polluted.

Disappointing experience – not worth $150/night The place does not have a real beach as shown in the photos – very misleading. The "all-inclusive" is not real either: for lunch, all they offered were burgers, and the overall food quality was very poor. You can get a much better and tastier meal at a local café for a fraction of the price. The pool was dirty, and the facilities were not well maintained. The only good thing was the friendly staff, who were polite and welcoming. Overall, definitely not worth $150 per night – save your money and look elsewhere.

The staff, with the exception of the check-in girl, was excellent. The beds were modern and clean.

We paid double what was agreed to because my 17 year olds were listed as under 2 in their records. The food was always cold and the same. The pool was dirty. Sometimes we were given 2 towels instead of 3. Our room had the biggest cockroach I've ever seen. Live Entertainment and Karaoke was advertised but there is none. Also advertises an Airport Shuttle and Massage but that was nowhere to be found.

When I come to the hotel,they are not friendly and very not available for help,and I knowing that is not all inclusive,on this moment ore they are the shour, either the hotel tricked me or the booking,at my future reservation I will keep more attention if i made again reservation with booking, and the price at end is more them I agreed initially, anyway Noone is more trustable anymore,Noone.
