We went on a little girls trip to Cancun and we’re already thinking about coming back to the same hotel next year. We really liked that this hotel is not in the middle of the entire hotel area in Cancun. The main hotel area/party area is a short uber drive away, so it wasn’t loud at all. We really enjoyed the pool and the cocktails that were served to us at the pool. The staff in the entire hotel ist awesome! Especially Julio was always fun to be around! He made sure to greet us every morning and even remembered our names. On Saturdays and Sundays they will have a breakfast buffet that looks and taste so good. As I said in the beginning we’re already thinking about rebooking this hotel again.

Staff was very polite and courteous. Room was big, well ventilated, lots of natural light and very clean.(Room cleaning happen everyday). Location was good with bus stop (R1 and R2) at the hotel gate for visiting all the nearby attractions.(Coco Bingo, Downtown, ferry ports, beaches), they have travel desk and Bank ATM inside. Safety locker was in room. Their restaurant food and ambience was amazing (facing the lagoon). Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

They should also provide electric kettle and mini fridge in room.because when you reach hotel room at night you can't prepare tea/coffee or have something from the fridge. As restaurant close at 10 pm.

Views and amenities were great. Was not overcrowded and was not a big family hotel. (Which was amazing!!) It was perfect for couples and no kids. The hotel welcomed kids but I enjoyed the luxury of the hotel with other couples and no kids or pets running around. Staff were so friendly and helpful, loved them. The receptionist and bar tender were my favorite I wish I could thank them more.

Water stopped working for a short period of time and hot water never returned. The ac did not get cold despite lowering the temperature for 7 days. We had to sleep with personalized fans on. Breakfast buffet is ONLY served on the weekends, I paid for the free breakfast bundle but was not able to take advantage of it unfortunately.

Real Inn Cancún - Highly Recommended I stayed at Real Inn Cancún for three days, and it was an incredible experience. The customer service is amazing—everyone is friendly, attentive, and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning, especially from the pool, which overlooks the water. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What I loved most about this hotel is how quiet, clean, and peaceful it is. It’s the ideal place to escape the hustle and truly relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

The jacuzzi doesn't work and there are no towels in the rooms and you have to call them to get them for you.

Ahead of arrival we asked to get a room like shown on the pictures. And indeed we got it, with a nice balcony and wonderful view. The pool area is really beautiful and the location itself is nice as you can directly walk to the sea side or take a cheap bus along the hotel zone. It was possible to sleep with open window, so at least on the lagoon side it was not loud.

The water in the shower got damn hot by time and it was not possible to bring the temperature down. We mentioned it at the reception, but nothing happened. For breakfast we sometimes used the shop in the lobby, but this felt quite expensive. Furthermore the hotel itself seemed to be already old and used. Many things in the room looked poorly fixed or damaged. We paid 100 € per night.

Rooms very nice but very loud air con since we were near the roof. Great lagoon view from the room . Nice restaurant with great view, although the food wasn't great , pizza was horrible , most people could eat it at all, and very little to none choice for vegetarians..

Staff could be a bit more engaged, slow attendance and sometimes poor attitude. Also we had cold water for 3 days but it got resolved after 2 days when i complained at the reception. Overall was ok, we had a car so were away from the hotel during the day, otherwise would be very borred there

- The staff were nice and easy to communicate with. Special shout out to Julio who was really helpful and always a pleasure to chat with, his colleague Fernando was great as well. - The view in the pool area, restaurant and gym is amazing. My view from the room was pretty good but half of it was obscured by the gym unfortunately. - Size and the comfort of the room was good, it was cleaned well. - There is a, although very basic, gym. The cable machine lacked handles though. But it was nice to start the days with some workouts. - Pool area was pleasant and the bar served decent drinks.

- The breakfast and dinner/lunch is quite expensive and not that great. - No fridges in the rooms, would have been nice to cool down ones water. - The toilet didn't flush properly all the times. - My room had a door which lead to the neighbors room (closed of course), and I could hear entire conversations through the wall. - Not that close to restaurants and stores, but the hotel is very close to the bus stations and the buses are going very frequently.

I liked the location and the hotel facilities! Also staff were nice and useful. Pool is AMAZING!! ❤️

The bed covers, they were nothing soft and they had stains… I could tell they were clean but you might want to use something to remove the stains because that made me a bit uncomfortable. Also the bed cover need to be a softer material in my opinion. I also wouldn’t recommend to get any room with boulevard view as the avenue is more busy than I thought and room is not sound proof at all, but you can also get used to it. I come from a very silent city, so that bothered me a bit at the start. Room and bathroom are specious!

Location in the hotel zone, great views of lagoon and beach. Most of the staff were very nice, especially housekeeping and the staff near pool and restaurant areas.

Hotel rooms had moldy smell, bathroom vents didn’t function properly. Although housekeeping was really good, it seems like the hotel needs major updates to the rooms. The hotel had a lot of potential but needs better upkeep and to be refreshed. I stay with a group for a bachelor party at this hotel. Someone in my group had roaches in their bedroom which made the experience a terrible one.

Nice hotel, it's a bit out of the way of the main Cancun city, and the main section of the hotel zone. But town buses leave from 300 meters up the road every 5 minutes taking you to both spots in 5 minutes for 10 pesos so not really a big issue. The pool and view is really great looking over the lagoon, and it's directly across the road from a free public beach, and 10-minute walk from the Isla Mujeres ferry.

The cost of food and room service was pretty high, and the quality wasn't worth the price. A bit disappointing as there are not really any other options without catching the bus into the main hotel zone.
