While all inclusive, after every consumption they presented a bill to make you tip. That came along pushy while it should be spontaneous for the great services.

Everything! The room accommodations, food, drinks, staff, customer service, pools and views were all so perfect! We also loved the spa so much! One if the top 3 in the world.

everything was beautiful and looked luxurious. Daniel our concierge was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to keep us happy and having a great time. Ruben the waiter was the best ever. The staff is so attentive at all times. the customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive.

Make sure you make reservations for dinner ahead of your trip, unless you want to eat after 8:00 pm.

The service at this resort is outstanding. Everyone was gracious and helpful and that includes front desk staff, maids, waiters , cleaning people ,hostesses etc.. Everyone! The SPA is the best of any resort we have ever been too and we've stayed at a lot of different resorts in Mexico. My wife says it was the best massage she has ever had.. We went 3 days. We had body wraps, massages and facials. Everyone at the spa is professional and outstanding. I have to give special shout to Oscar who provided the pool service. He was attentive and gracious at all times. There was also Edgar at the pool, everyone at the SPA and the Bars. I cant name them all but everyone was wonderful. I must however call out my concierge Santiago. he was by the far the best concierge we have ever had. He was my true definition for what concierge should be. He was attentive to our every need. He made all our restaurant and SPA reservations as well as our COVID test. I never had to track him down like at other resorts. I texted him and usually his response was immediate. I developed Swimmers ear and needed ear drops . I told Santiago who called the pharmacy off site and I had the ear drops within an hour. It was a joy and pleasure to have Santiago as our concierge. He was awesome!!!

The only thing I can think that was a negative was the ocean wasn't very swimmable except in spots because of the seaweed but that is all over Play del Carmen . Its not the resorts fault and they did an outstanding job cleaning up each morning.. The nighttime entertainment was okay but I have to be truthful , we've seen belter at other resorts in Cancun. But they were good and they tried really hard
