Absolutely everything! From the incredibly friendly, polite and joyful staff, delivering impeccable 5 star service, to all of the never ending, high quality, food options; to bars serving the most delicious cocktails, to the most beautiful facilities and decor... Not to mention, the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen! Endless activities and events. Wish I had more time to enjoy everything that was on offer. Nothing short of perfect! My husband and I had the most wonderful honeymoon. We are so happy we chose Secrets Maroma Beach. Our stay was unforgettable. Shout out to Mario at the Preferred Club Check-In and Alfredo at the Preferred Beach Club. Loved every second, and cannot wait to go back! Secrets Maroma Beach has a special place in our hearts. 💙

Beautiful property; fairly traditional style. Very nice beach with clean sand - beach walking was a joy. Common pools fairly busy, usual crowds around swim up bar, etc, but property overall never felt crowded. Swim out room was bliss. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful (room concierge and activity leader in particular). Lots of activities, which you can do - or not.

Food services were adequate, but not consistent. Some restaurants better than others, and even varied from night to night. No reservations - but waits of 30-45 minutes; turnover between sittings not efficient. Impressive environmental programs portrayed, however ubiquitous use of plastic water bottles, no in room waste sorting, gas powered gardening equipment (loud as well as environmentally poor) were a bit disappointing.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

I wish I could had stay more time. If something will need more space, remodelling the gym will be nice.

The staff were great. It was really important to us that the staff were welcoming to our dog. They were great! We will definitely go back.

The only thing we didn’t like was how a few of the staff tried to push the agm member package on us. We said no. We wished they didn’t continue to ask.

Loved loved loved this place! Abosulty stunning and above and beyond in terms of customer service and facilities! There was always something to do....you never even need to leave the resort. There was a show or 2 every night and plenty of surprise activities/events during the day. Our concierge (Roberto) and the pool concierge (Alex) and server's (Daniel and Elliot) took amazing care of us! We felt so spoiled and blessed during our stay...we were sad to leave.

breakfast great as long as you got to the buffet queue before 10am, food and service in all the restaurants absolutely top notch , drinks glasses never got empty ,

buffet breakfast staff very busy after 10am so took a while to get our drinks , struggle to get a sun bed and brolly at times . too many beds reserved with no one on them for ages . pool staff need to toughen up and just remove towels and belongings and give them to people who want to lie round the pool and not the guests who have been out for the day and expect a sun lounger on there return at 4pm

It was clean, sanitized often and beautiful. Beautifully landscaped and the amenities were many! The staff is genuinely friendly and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and furnished well. The food was delicious, from breakfast to the dinners and all snacks in between. The spa was beautiful and the service was great. The beach sand is soft and landscapes breathtaking.

The hard sell to purchase a membership to the Hyatt vacations packages upon check in. The pools were not heated and the water was, at times, too cool to swim in. After spending extra for a swim out, it would have been nice to be able to swim at all times. The bed linens and especially the pillows need upgrading.

I did not like the fact that I was not able to extend my stay. Unfortunately, 8 days is not enough time to enjoy everything that the property has to offer.

I loved the Service especially the personal concierges Emmanuel and Roger! They really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Brandon and Henry also took very good care of us! Our room was not as.cool as we would like so they moved us to a cooler room and gave me an extra bottle of Champagne.

The immediate sales pitch of Hyatt’s Unlimited Vacation Club upon arrival. It would be better to ask the guests about it a day or two into the vacation.
