Property was nice for the price, relaxing quet area

The smell of mold was in the room but i cant complain its the nature of tulum high humidity area

The area and facilities at the hotel were beautiful! Appeared clean and kept. The room was great and comfy! We loved the café and it was just a nice bonus for the stay and us not having to think about hunting for breakfast in the morning or for me, getting my coffee. Do yourself a favor and try their breakfast burrito! Alex, the host, was very helpful with tips and with our questions for Tulum - just a really nice and down to earth guy! Even invited us to watch the Super Bowl in the café, which was such a nice gesture. Thanks for everything, Alex!

The only thing we could think of, was the noise from the fridge in the room. It made a bit of noise every now and then, which was only a bit annoying during the night. If you're on foot as we are, the hotel can feel far from much of Tulum, but we knew that. Now you're warned.

the place is beautiful! the apartment we stayed in was spacious, super clean, very comfortable and was very well kept.garden is great, a real jungle:) the pool is gorgeous and offers a nice cool down from the sun:) the place is a bit off the centre but it's a walkable distance and feels safe. it's quiet and private and has all you may need to enjoy a holiday. breakfast is delicious, with great coffee and nicest staff. the best part of it all is the owner, Alex who's extremely kind and helpful, it really makes the experience unforgettable! I'd definitely go back and recommend this place to everyone ❤️

it's nowhere near any nightlife or the town, so probably not for those lookig for a party, taxis are expensive but that's a whole Tulum's issue.

Super nice and chill atmosphere, away from the busy and noisy city. You feel like you are in the jungle, birds chirping and the trees in the garden are beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and modern. Airco is needed and available in each room. Breakfast in the adjecent coffee place was simple but very tasty. If you want, there is a wide variety of things you can add for a minor extra price. Overall very good value for money. Actually already going back there next week when we pass by again.

Nothing really. Know what you book. If you are looking for a party place by the beach, this is not it. If you are looking for a quiet nice place to relac, this is the one.

Seamless communication, easy to grab my keys, wonderful breakfast included (which really helped me stay within my budget), the property felt safe for a solo female traveler, GORGEOUS clean pool and courtyard (which I always had all to myself), excellent help from Alex via Whatsapp, lovely jungle feel outside of the bustle of the main town.

My first room was musty and not quite as clean as I would have liked, and the air conditioning was weak. However, once I expressed concerns, I was moved to a spotless, much better-smelling room with great air conditioning! I walked and biked to/from Tulum Centro, which was fine in the daytime (20-25 min walk, 7-10 min bike ride), but I wouldn't do it at night. I was fine with this and wanted to be outside the center, however you should be aware before booking that it's not a quick or well-lit walk!

Loved this place! The grounds are so pretty, with trees, hammocks, swings, a raised jungle platform, nice pool, grill and outdoor kitchen, the cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the relaxed and natural vibe. It's located at the edge of town, out of the central area, so it was a few minutes walk into town but I rented a bike and could be there in no time. Personally the location a bit away from the chaotic main strip of Tulum was a big plus for me. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe biking to and from the hotel and around town (and even out of town to some cenotes). All staff was friendly and Alex was available and responsive on whatsapp when I had questions. (There's no front desk.) This place will be my home base in Tulum from now on!

I wished the cafe was open later (it closes at 2) and wished there were more services on site, e.g. massages (I wasn't able to reach their recommended person) and yoga.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. While the location is a bit removed from the city center, it’s not an issue if you have a rental car. The staff are incredibly friendly and highly responsive via WhatsApp. I encountered a minor issue with the hot water, but it was resolved promptly. The check-in process was seamless, and the breakfast was delightful—I’d say it exceeded expectations. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future.

Water pressure is a little low and it’s not a big problem.

Nothing around or nearby: need a car or scooter. Breakfast is served in a cafe nearby the hotel, with a direct access from the garden, open from 7am to 2pm. First day, we were denied for breakfast because we arrived at 10:06am and breakfast for hotel guest stops at 10am (although the cafe is open until 2pm and they serve the same food) : they wanted us to pay because we had a 6mn delay, so we just left. Like most of the shops in Tulum, they don't care much about customer satisfaction sadly.

We loved the outdoor space at the hotel! It really felt that we were in a jungle with lots of plants and birds. It was really quiet and peaceful. The swings, hammocks, and pool were great for the kids. The rooms were spacious with a great kitchen area. Breakfast was very good.

We knew ahead of time that we were quite far out of town, but didn't realize that we wouldn't like that. We liked the quiet but didn't like how we couldn't walk anywhere. It is definitely a drive to any store or restaurant in town. We also missed having someone there on the property to ask questions and help us navigate our activities. We could message the host with a quick response, but missed having someone there in-person. Both of these downsides we knew about ahead of time, so that's our fault. If I were to ever return to Tulum (which I won't, btw) these are the only reasons I wouldn't stay here again. It really is a lovely hotel!

The property is located at an excellent location. Its like staying in a small jungle. Sooo beautiful and convenient. Its 20 mins walk from center and ado bus. We had scooter so it was just 3 mins. We had brunch and breakfast included and food was great. Alex was a great host. I messaged him alot but he was very responsive and very helpful. He suggested scooternama for renting scooter and it was great. Also laguna de kaan lum and Cenote santa cruz were his suggestions and it was really worth going there.
