Rooms are big and bright, balconies are big enough to spend a day if it rains. Strong wi-fi and nice pools. Nearest minimarket in 600 meters. Pool of the rooftop has a few sun beds. Reception guy is very helpful, he allowed early check in and stored my bags on check out.

Kitchen is poorly equipped, but has all essentials. A bit far from the centre and no beautiful places nearby. This hotel is like an oasis in a not so good neighbourhood protected by 6 meters fence.

5min with a scooter from the center(probably 25min walk). Decent place with big bed.

I killed a few Cockroaches in my room,so if that might be an issue be advised. Also the water from the sink smells a bit..

I loved the place! it had such a calm and cosy atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. Everything was taken care of and i loved how quiet the neighbourhood was as well.

it was a bit far out of the city, if you don't have a bike or scooter rental take into consideration that it's quite the walk to get to town. Also to the beach is quite far, about 30-40mins by bicycle.

Both pool are really great, we really liked them. The room had a mini kitchen so it was comfortable for us to be cooking our own food, they even included plates, forks and glasses. The place is quiet, and we really enjoyed that. It's a perfect place if you are looking for calmness.

The only thing we were surprised at is that we left the hotel by 9am and when we returned we thought the bed was going to be done, but we have to arrange it by ourselves. And also it's pretty close to the ADO terminal which is okay considering that Tulum does not have public transport nor Uber or Didi, so we walked to the center of the city for 20min, also the taxis have such a high fare even if you just ask for a short ride.

The rooms are really spacious and everything works apart from the remote controller. It's really comfortable and clean. There is a kitchen but no tools for cooking.

We did not like that even if we shared our arrival time we had to wait for 30 minutes, no one was attending us and when he finally arrived he justified himself saying he was having dinner. There is no communication between the owner and staff. They did not reply to our messages at all. The ground floor pool was dirty and we could not use it, it was more of a puddle. Even if there is a huge garage we were not allowed to park our moto safely inside.

We were there for 8 days and overall enjoyed our time there. There is the option of two pools, AC is great in the room and the hotel was very quiet when we were there. A small kitchen but enough to meet basic needs, I liked the balcony, we were on the first floor and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great value for money as there was such a large discount and had a great time!

The pools were quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly equipped however they were very helpful and supplied us with the lacking equipment.

Be prepared that you may wait for the stuff for an hour. We had 2 stays in this hotel. First one we could not check out for about 40min cause it was no one there and we did not want to leave the door open. Second time we could not check it for about 30min cause it was no one inside, but I already had a confirmation. Phone number from booking and google is never available. It's very annoying when you need something.

We had a pleasant stay. We liked the big comfy bed, the rooftop pool, and the friendly staff.

The location isn’t the best. The roads around aren’t paved and there’s no street lights so it can feel a bit dodgy coming home when it’s dark. And when it comes to the upkeep of the property and the service, we’d have appreciated a bit more attention to detail (basic room service at least to empty garbage bins, offer fresh towels and toilet paper).

We honestly had a loveluy stay in Lagoon boutique. There is some little down side however the price for a night was really low so I guess you get what you pay for even thought it was plenty! The room was really big with a kitchen fitted which wa sreally handy. I believe we were almost alone in the htel for most of our stay - pretty cool to use all the facily especially the rooftop pool. The courtyard looks absoluty lovely. Each room also has a balcony. There was no hot water, the sink and kitchen did show a little rust. No room service daily - they did ask us on our last day ( 3rd night ) if we wanted our beding change. Location is a little out of the center in a construction zone kind of looking but not g Overall we had a really nice stay for the money with spend.

A little gem for the best price you can find in Tulum. The hotel is located outside the hustle and bustle of the town - but still just a handfuls of minutes away from the main road, where you can find nice bars and restaurants at a convenient price (rare for tulum!!!). If you need a quick latte in the morning you’ll find nice coffee shop in the area, and you have mini markets just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The room was perfectly clean, you have a balcony with the view on one of the nice pool of the property, and on top you have a lovely terrace with another pool where we enjoyed the sunset sipping a beer that you can buy directly from the reception. The room is also furnished with everything you need to cook a nice dinner on the terrace, which is very nice if you want to make yourself a breakfast or avoiding spending money in dining out. Shout out to the receptionist Armando who was extremely kind to us, provided us with great recommendations and helping us with everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this place to any friend coming to Tulum :) Best value for money - such a lovely place to stay!
