I loved the kitchen/living room areas, really spacious and great to hang out and handy to sort yourself a meal. The kitchen is overall pretty well equipped. The inner patio was beautiful too.

The location - we didn't have a car or scooter and it is FAR from the centre to walk just to grab dinner or get a drink, and also not the nicest walk. There are bikes for rent, but they need a fair share of maintenance.

The apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the Ado bus terminal in the city center. The location is in a very tranquil part of the city. The apartment itself is as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. There are bikes on the property which can be rented for 100 pesos a day. we were able to go downtown with them, (about 10 minutes), to the beach, (about 30 minutes), to the ruins, (about 30 minutes), and to the Big Cenote, (about 20 minutes). Should I visit Tulum again I would not hesitate to book this place.

Very nice apartment that has absolutely everything you need. The kitchen had all the necessary basic equipment. The room was spacious and inviting, the pool refreshing and the setting beautiful. The garden had grown beautifully and offered a nice seating area. Although we had a room downstairs by the pool, we were not disturbed by other guests and slept nicely. Communication with the facility prior to arrival was quick, efficient and there was no problem arranging anything - for example, bike hire at a reasonable price. The location is a little out of the centre but we certainly had no problem walking about 20 minutes. I would definitely return again.

Our apartment was fantastic. Enjoyed the couch / living room area. Great for a couple to relax. Everything was clean. Kitchen had sufficient supplies to make/reheat food. Shower had lots of hot water, we did not run out. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Overall the place was quiet, relaxing and safe.

Like others have commented, it's a bit far from town and the beach. We had a car but chose to walk to town because of limited parking in town. We felt safe.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Rooms are big and kitchen has just enough to cook a breakfast, but not more. It is a bit far from everything, but we had a car and for us it was perfect

Nothing really. The only point, you are not allowed to dry cloth outside of the room and in this case your room and all the chairs are covered in your cloth 😅 but it’s not really disturbing, but would be nice if the hotel will find the way to dry cloth somewhere outside the room

Cozy room nicely furnished, with well equipped kitchenette and nice view on the swimming pool patio area. Very silent both at night and day. Smooth self check in, we have then randomly met the host in the common circulation area and he gave us a few tips for the area.

The swimming pool could have been cleaner, there were leafs and water didn't flow away. The location is ok if you have a car, it's walking distance from the center but I wouldn't recommend walking back by night, especially in the last few blocks which are a bit dark and there is not a soul.

It is truly an oasis! Beautiful, lovingly maintained and the accomodation has everything for a comfortable stay that makes you feel at home. Whether it is the tiny attention to details of art and decor or how the kitchen has a generous line up of all the basic stuff you need .. it's perfect to relax and enjoy the best of home away from home. Thank you guys! I really enjoyed every moment of my stay here.

The beautiful oasis where we could come at peace

We really liked our accommodation: the room was basically a little apartment, with a living/cooking area, bedroom and bathroom. The outside pool is super nice and you can also rent bikes from the owner for 100p/day. It is not centrally located and you need a car for sure to reach it, but to me the location was perfect because I preferred to stay away from the hotel area which to me looked like a tourist trap.

I would have put a bit more equipment for the kitchen (plates, cutlery etc)

The room had everything needed. The bed was very comfy. The living room was spacious. The host was very nice and helpful. They also provide bicycles for rental. The pool is a nice spot for chilling and was always clean. Highly recommend.

The location is not very central but short trip by cycling or taxi or car. There are nice restaurants from walking distance.
