I loved the bubble we stayed in, especially since we were in the jungle. We were right in there with nature and waking up and eating breakfast outside under the trees was so relaxing. The breakfast provided was small but good enough portions where you don't need to over stuff yourself. The staff were all amazing and very welcoming. All my questions were answered, and I definitely stay here again.

Only thing that we didn't like was when it rained, of course it wasn't their fault, but the issue was when it rained very hard, you can hear the rain hit the bubble's roof and my wife is a light sleeper which made it a bit hard for her to sleep, I sleep through anything, so if you like rain white noise, then you're fine.

The best place in Tulum. Highly recommended for stay in Tulum. You feel like in forest. The best host I have ever met. The best service. Room very cozy and special. Thank you so much!!!

A lovely little oasis of calm, this place was really lovely. The pods themselves are very big and really nicely decorated and the pool area is also lovely. We enjoyed the experience of the outdoor shower! As we had to leave early for a trip, they were very accommodating and prepared a simple packed breakfast, which was kind. They also recommended a great restaurant nearby, which had delicious food.

The front gates are padlocked shut, which is great for security, but does make it a little less easy to come and go as you please. There was always someone around to open it for us, but it perhaps would have been easier if we had had our own key for it, to avoid feeling like we were disturbing them! It is slightly further out of town, so a car or bikes is necessary, but this didn't bother us for our short stay

The location is great, it is in the jungle but still in the city and near restaurants. Staff is amazing. Rebeca and Yamel were very attentive and friendly. The glamping has everything you need. You wake up to the birds chirping, and if you are lucky, you can spot some animals at night. The common areas are so pretty.

The room and space is amazing. Close to everything in Tulum, but just on the edge of town, so when you look out of the huge window into the woods and the pool area it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful grounds, especially when the lights come on at night. Really comfortable, loads of room, private outside shower is awesome (and lovely and warm). The guys here were so helpful from the moment we arrived (which was early due to me messing up the logisitcs). Nothing too much trouble. One of the best places we ever stayed.

We loved the breakfast and the outside shower. The staff was really nice and the outdoor pool super super nice. The is nature around and is quiet even though is quite close to Tulum Center.

I think the glamping itself could be in a better condition, even though they were super clean.

The hosts were amazing! They helped us with everything, made amazing breakfast every morning! We could borrow their stuff (bikes, kitchen) and they arranged a scooter for us. The accommodation itself is also stunning. The shower😍

glamping experience was exceptionally good, rooms were great, very private and secured setup. customer service was far far better than what you would expect in a 7 star hotel, very smiling and attentive. cleanliness, communication and service was their strongest suite which made our stay very comfortable, memorable and exclusive

Wow, the place exceeded all expectations! Extremely comfortable "rooms", super clean, all amenities of a regular hotel. Beautiful grounds all around. Excellent staff from the gatekeeper to rooms staff and breakfast hostess that made us feel so welcome. Unforgettable experience, definitely will be back for longer stay

The tents, the property and for sure the kind host. Breakfast und the service overall very good.

We were a little bit unlucky because there was a construction site close to the property which was noisy.
