It does what it says on the tin. You are left to your own devices (or no devices!) Staff are incredible with going above and beyond to help book your taxis and find an acceptable fares etc for the duration of you stay when going in and out of the town. Villas are a great size with amble wardrobe space and the huge bed stands out as a real stay-defining-feature in regard to comfort and aesthetics. The outdoor shower/bathroom can obviously attract bugs, but if you are switched on you’ll know to pack your repellent along with some incense sticks kept them at bay. For the bedroom, nets are provided for extra protection. The pool is a great sun trap that catches the sun for a good chunk of the day.

I would say steer clear of dining. We treated ourselves to a night in with room service and it ended up being our most expensive meal whilst in Tulum, but by far our least favourite in terms of taste.

We liked everything about it! It was very pretty, spacious, and conveniently located just a 5 minute drive Tulum town strip. We like the warm and personal welcome, with welcome drinks, too. Everything was as what the photos look like. Everything was clean and towels were changed everyday. There was air-conditioning unit as well. We super like the outdoor shower that was still very private. We especially like the Whatsapp text communication they have as it felt like we could message at anytime for questions without the need of going to reception. My husband enjoyed the plunge pool, too.

Nothing to not like! Only thing I wish they would add are full-length mirrors in the room.

We had an amazing stay ! The villa exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the plunge pool was absolutely perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. The staff was very kind and the location is also super convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

Only thing that was slightly concerning was at night, Since my room was right next to where the workers clean, when I showered I would feel as if they can see me 😬🤣 But who cares I’m on vacay 🤣

It was such a beautiful ambiance, we loved the room, design and everything!

The pool was hard to swim, it gets dirty in couple of hours and it is not so cozy to swim. Besides, since there was coffee machines in the room, it could be more complimentary capsules I believe

Beautiful location. Everything was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff was amazing and the cleaning staff made sure we came back to a clean room. I would definitely stay again. My spouse and I had an outstanding experience.
