They should advertise more, we spent time searching for a place like this.

It’s a beautiful apartment hotel and a great deal overall. They mentioned the room would be cleaned once every two days, but no one actually came. There was no hot water, and water was leaking from the AC. Still, I didn’t mind because the price was so good. I’m sure they would have fixed it if I had asked. Also, please note that the front desk isn’t open 24 hours. If you’re planning to leave early in the morning or late at night, let them know in advance—they’ll explain how to return the key. One more tip: rent an SUV. The roads are quite bumpy.

I loved the friendly staff, the view from the room on the garden pool, the rooftop pool with an outdoor kitchen was also very nice. The room was super cute and bed was comfortable. Room had a whole functional kitchen (With consumable water). The bathroom had soaps and extra towels.

Being without a vehicle I felt a bit far from the whole Tulum excitement (hotel, beach and club sections). But I was just a few mins walk away from downtown for a more cultural experience!

Romina was always very responsive and friendly in our communication. The room is very modern equiped and very good taste for the furniture. The appliances are very new. Nice little jazuzzi (although no hot water) in the balcony. Awesome 16m long swimming pool at the rooftop. Very nice for a morning swim.

The swimming pool at the ground floor was not so clean but it did not really make a difference to me as I used the one in the rooftop.

Peaceful place 5 mins walk to the main strip with lots of bars and restaraunts. There was a little bit of building noise around but that's hard to escape in Tulum. Super comfy bed, room very large, love the fact there were two pools to choose from. I highly recommend as a female solo traveller felt safe. Loved the little extras coffee, water and beer on arrival. Perfect! Excellent value for money. I hope to be back again soon. Shout out to Veronica who was very knowledgeable about the local area and was very friendly and welcoming.

The room is beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable and soothing vibe. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The balcony was lovely to have and to relax on. The rooftop pool was fantastic and a wonderful way to relax after a long day exploring. The woman who welcomed us was easy to communicate with and very responsive when we had some minor issues. She was quick to react and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Erena felt like a little oasis in Tulum, we loved it. The location is excellent because you have quite a few drink and food options on Calle 7, a 3-minute walk away, whereas the place itself is really quiet and away from any busy streets.

The shower leaked on the first day, which was not a huge inconvenience because once we mentioned it they moved us immediately and were super quick and responsive - the perfect hosts.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the communication with the accommodation was great and they were helpful in many things. The beach is a little further away, so at least a bike is a must. It can be rented here as well. You can walk to town, but again, the bike is more convenient. The surrounding roads are not quite in the best condition, but I knew that and it didn't limit me any extra. I felt safe here. I recommend the accommodation.

Spacious and nicely designed rooms. A big fridge and a simple kitchenette with the essentials, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop pool was super! Lots of good restaurants in the area.

The roads around the hotel are dirt roads which have a lot of big puddles which made it a bit difficult to drive for a regular car

Rooms are lovely modern and spacious. Big bed and big TV with Netflix available. Kitchen had great amenities with a full size fridge, stove, kettle etc. 7 minute walk from 7th street which had a lot of restaurant and cafe options.

The water went out twice during our 5 day stay. One time it went out for at least 3 hours which was really inconvenient.

It had a big spacious room that looked out to a garden area. It felt very luxurious. We liked preparing our meals in the kitchen area & a small grocery store was a short walk away.

We found it hard to find since the name of the facility is Erena Mindful not just Erena. It was a 30 minute walk or 300 pesos cab to Tulum.
