The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the blinds make the rooms super dark. The pool was nice and lovely to swim in, though they use too much chlorine because afterwards my fingers started peeling, which had never happened before after swimming in a pool. Antonieta was a nice host.

I didn’t like that the bikes cost extra to rent; the hotels I’ve stayed in prior have all had free bikes to rent. Since the property was on the outskirts of town it would’ve been nice to leave my car there and bike around because the streets are so full of potholes. I also didn’t like that they came in to replace the towels when the welcome letter says they won’t be coming in. It’s nice to have clean towels, but I don’t like them just going without letting me know.

Overall - fantastic location to stay in Tulum. Location - exactly what we looked for - outside of the city center and touristy areas. Safe, closed neighborhood, new building with very clean, and quite large swimming pool in the courtyard. Very well equipped rooms, including kitchenware. Impeccably clean. Nice common area, very pleasant and friendly staff.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Safe and quiet area. Everything was spotlessly clean. Towels and linen white and soft. Seems to be quite new, too. I think I must have been the first one to cook in that kitchen. Antonietta was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

If I could improve one thing, it would be sound insulation for the windows facing the inner courtyard/pool area. Depending on the other guests, it can get noisy

The place is very clean and the area it's very quiet. You can be in Tulum without the traffic and the noise. The rooms are big, comfy beds and mosquito nets everywhere.

I would add some pots and kitchen equipment to make it even better. Also the stools are a bit too high for the table but these are all minimal adjustments

The self catering apartment was well equipped and had a great balcony view over the road to the jungle- which was full of birds. The other side overlooked the pool area which is beautifully landscaped and exceptionally clean. Antonieta the manager of the complex was a super host and so very helpful and kind... FABULOUS... You can get food delivered from local restaurants which made a welcome change The bikes for hire there were well maintained and comfy to ride about. Great bottle shop just down the road The view from the top floor bar was lovely with spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Take mozzie spray for the evenings!

The location- which clearly cannot be fixed- is a little unusual about a mile from the main drag in Tulum. Walkable and full of local colour. There's a huge wealth disparity between the residential compound and the neighbourhood you walk or drive through to get to the main road where all the restaurants/shops etc are We didn't mind it as we walked everywhere and got to know some of the local people, but it wouldn't suit everyone. Despite it being low season there was no flexibility on price and the refund policy was very rigid ie no refunds!

The host Antoinetta was a great host and she made sure we had everything we needed to have a beautiful stay here. She also gave great recommendations regarding places to check out in and around Tulum, we absolutely loved our time here, and will definitely be back in the future.

Big apartment, very comfortable and relaxing stay with everything you need - fast wi-fi, A/C, hot water, laundry service available, Netflix, full kitchen, filtered water. All for a very reasonable price. The staff was also super sweet. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! Just keep in mind that the closest food/coffee place is a 15minute walk - Aroma Cafe (VERY good by the way and inexpensive), so a car or bike are highly recommended. Luckily, they have bike rentals to account for the location.

Very well supplied kitchen and everything in the apartments were very nice. It’s easy to park and the woman who takes care of the property is extremely kind and helpful.

The hotel is located in a gated community and on several occasions the guards had no idea what hotel we were talking about and almost wouldn’t let us in, asking for our IDs and everything. Not great.

The appartment was great, very spaceous, with big windows in bedrooms. Comftortable beds, clean bathroom and nice pool. And very kind host. Everything perfect! I sttongly recommend.

Clean, quiet, close to town but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise from parties. Antonieta, who runs the place, is the best! She makes sure everything is kept pristine and that all guests are comfortable. She is very personable and provides great tips for your your trip. Completely recommended.
