The property is beautiful and you can walk to the right and be on the part of the beach not occupied by the hotel zone where it is quiet with hardly any people. I loved that. The room is lovely and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. A/C, & the water in the shower isn't salty like a lot of places in Tulum. The beach club is peaceful in the morning until it turns into the party in the afternoon, but there are separate sun beds for hotel guests when you want to get away from the main area. Overall I loved it.

The pet fee of $95 a night is expensive.

Being at the southern end of the hotel beach zone, it occasionally felt a little too far from all the cool restaurants, bars and shops on Tulúm’s beach strip. But walking along the beach rather than the road was the solution to that.

Location was fantastic… quiet and less crowded area of Tulum. Hotel Staff, front desk, security, beach club staff (Nera) were great! Super friendly and helpful.

The restaurant manager or maitre’d for breakfast was not friendly, borderline rude. For 3 bfast days in a row, she never greeted us, or smiled back when we said good morning, quite the contrast when you have been greeted everywhere that morning around the hotel. And when there was a mix up with whether bfast was complimentary or not, she was accusatory in language until the hotel front desk person showed up and took care of it. The restaurant morning staff were ok but seemed as unhappy as she is. Thankfully the beach club staff and service were great.

Location is truly paradise. A beautiful stretch of beach which is well maintained by hotel staff. Staff were amazing for our entire stay. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food was delicious and the included breakfast was great

The road to get to the hotel is in poor condition with a lot of severe pot holes which makes it slow to drive. Be prepared for prices more like LA than Mexico but definitely don’t let it deter you from visiting!

The beachfront room was amazing, and so was the comfortable bed! The food, although pricy, was delicious. The staff was all incredibly kind!

If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not where you want to stay! It is a pretty much a club hotel, so if that is your vibe, you will love it, if not, you might want to pick somewhere else to avoid the bumping bass.

Excelent location. Diego and Maximiliano are amazing. The cleaning and restaurant staff is fantastic. They are super pet friendly and attentive. We really loved our stay there. Very peaceful and beautiful. The shower and bed are good.

-Missing some details to the rooms. -They give you "free coffee" in the room, but you have to buy $190 pesos bottle of water. To be honest, we brought ours. But with that view, you can't complain. Having the ocean in front, feeling the breeze, and hearing the waves is priceless.

Stunning beach and beautiful property. Food was all excellent.

The hidden fees! Lots of random charges and no filtered water available on property to refill water bottles. Bottled water exorbitant. Also taxis to and from the hotel district (approx 1mile) are insane. Upwards of $40 one way and seemed to have gotten pricier as the weekend went on. It’s a shame bc beach it stunning but sadly the prices have gotten out of control in Tulum.

It is the perfect spot in Tulum. Feels really comfortable with the calm garden and the bright rooms.

Unfortunately, we had a lot of seaweed, but apparently, that is due to the season and was the same al the way up to Cancun. They were working every day with four people to clean the beach.
