Breakfast was included and the three options available were really good. The restaurant is by the beach, so the view while having breakfast was unforgettable. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and they offer really nice comfy sun-beds to relax.

The hotel is one of the farthest in the area so getting taxis is unbelievable expensive. It was also hot in the rooms, specially at nights, but we knew the hotel didn’t offer A/C so that’s our fault.

Very beautiful, a bit of glamping. Beautiful beach, and a nice bar for having a drink while peacefully overlooking the sea, best Michelada in Tulum.. The bar has live music and closes at 22:00 ish so when sleeping early, no noise. The central Ceiba Tree is awesome, the plants around the accommodation make it very peaceful. Access to nearby cenote.

breakfast is more or less the same daily except for fruits and juice, with 3 options, with one for vegans. The bees are a bit annoying when having breakfast, but well that is the price for staying in such a nice "garden" and having your breakfast outside. Taxis - forgot about those -, you see lots of taxis doing nothing, as they are ridiculously expensive, but colectivo's (little vans to the city) work well.

Nice little retreat with very kind people working there! It‘s directly at the beach with its own beach club which nerves great drinks and food.

The first room we had was horrible. It smelled horrible, had no warm water and was directly next to the electricity generator which didn’t give us a chance to spend time outside on the veranda. We complained and got a much nicer room with less noise and no bad smell. Also the veranda was much nicer! So I would recommend to not book the cheapest rooms but the Superior Studio instead. The Wifi didn’t work properly and there were frequent electricity breakdowns which both was a bit bothering but overall acceptable.

We stayed for 9 nights at Dos Ceibas. The beachfront apartement was beautiful. The room offered a great view from the balcony. You can see the sea through a few palm trees. Furthermore a safe is available in the room and the bed had a mosquito net with an inbuilt fan. No air conditioning, because it is an "eco hotel". The bathroom offers a shower, sink and a toilet, all were clean. You can choose from a few different breakfast options, which seems to be the standard in Tulum (B&B), but that didnt bother me, because all the options were great. If you need, the are some extra non-included dishes available. The service staff was attentive and courteous. Daily room service was also great. Free drinking water was 24/7 available. The Beach Club is beautiful and the beach beds were comfy and are cleaned every day. Drinks and food prices are, compared to other beach clubs in zona hotelera, slightly below average.

The beach area was lovely and the setting and Mayan style bungalows lovely. The story of how it came to be is also lovely - a couple who came together from different countries, and vowed to create a space where love grows. The anchor is a beautiful ceibas tree, which they planted when they first arrived. It's huge and has a commemorative sign. There is massages and some spa services offered (including a traditional Mayan sweat lodge), as well as a yoga platform. The restaurant is right on the beach and serves delicious food and cocktails. There is an array of different seating where you can perch and lounge for the day!

I did find the service a little slow coming to the lounge chairs. It was fine when you approach the bar. But sometimes it takes a long time for the server to return to see if you want anything, or to deliver your order. This easily could have been an extra busy time. I did feel that because I was alone, maybe I wasn't focused on as much. This is really a minor thing but it's something I did notice. The huts are a little bit older (the faucet in the bathroom for example, slightly rusted). This did not bother be in the least. The room is not air conditioned, but there are fans directly above the bed, and in the room. The shower is lovely. There is privacy and a lovely little front yard. The location is ideal, and you can walk to little shops.

Esli our host is an angel. the whole staff was over the top accommodating, we had our breakfast delivered to our balcony twice. the room was beautiful and so were the grounds. the grounds keeper does an amazing job of keeping up the gardens and pathways and raking the sand. Carlos, one of the servers has the sweetest smile and demeanor. we loved our stay and would definitely return. loved the hammocks and breeze and birds and wildlife on the property, you really feel like you are in paradise.

the tacos were a bit dry, we preferred the brick oven pizza which was excellent.

as we came from USA with all air conditioning and refrigerators, we have been struggling the first 2 days to adjust to the heat and sleep with no air-controlled room. but after 2 days we have recognized how beautiful this place is and what mother nature brings with it. wonderful experiences. absolutely great to live in the jungle. Also all the big night life is more far away, so nights is really quiet.

Having the beach at our doorstep. We stayed in one of the studios and was lovely having a small beach house for us. The room was very pretty with a lovely front porch to chill. Breakfast was good, with pancakes for the kids and a few freshly cooked options for the grown ups. The restaurant food is ok, conveniente if you want to stay in the premises all day - lovely beach facilities. Good range of massage options, absolutely beautiful massage but extremely overpriced (£75 for 30 mins, is double of London price)

The rooms only had a fan instead of air con, it wasn’t terrible in terms of temperature but air con would help with the humidity levels. The bathrooms could do with updating, mainly the shower - it’s an eco hotel so you shower and brush your teeth with salty water and you get the feeling you are never too clean….!

The beach was BEAUTIFUL! The breakfast options were amazing, and actually all the food we had there was amazing. We felt super safe and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating!

Lack of fresh water. The containers holding the fresh water throughout the resort were almost always empty. They also charged us at the bar for more expensive tequila than what we drank, but I caught it and they corrected it. Check your bills. Our room never had hot water for a shower.. but it was so hot we didn’t mind! The cool showers were refreshing.
