Beautiful hotel in Tulum with excellent service by the staff. We loved the pool areas and having access to the beach. There is a lovely rooftop bar where you can watch the sunset. Interior of the hotel is stunning. We took the yoga class one morning which was included in our stay. And we enjoyed the film that was put on the big screen one evening.

Food and drinks were very expensive and the portions were not very big for the price. We ended up venturing out more than eating in.

I Love this hotel. The location is perfect. You can walk the beautiful beach for miles. The staff is INCREDIBLE. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and comfortable. I spent my birthday in Tulum and one of the waitstaff, Juan, was off but remembered the next day and brought me a mimosa when he brought me my breakfast, so sweet! I think touches like that make the stay memorable and shows they will go above and beyond for their guests.

Panamera Suites was a hidden gem on Tulum beach. Everything from the ease of check in to the fun beach club and to the good food made for a great stay, will be back. The staff were very accomodating especially as we moved between the beach and the pool/hot tub, shout out to "King David" and Joshua! the Panamera Suites rooms on the beach were beautiful, stay on the first floor if possible and you can walk out your room right into the sand.

The staff was amazing. If you needed anything they were there immediately. Very nice and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and in a great location.

The room is a bit small with no place to put your clothes. No dresser or drawers in the nightstand and only 5 hanger's so you are living out of your suitcase. The bathroom was nice but didn’t have any space to put your toiletries.

Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Staff was ridiculously helpful (probably my favorite part), and even the other travelers there were friendly and receptive. The room was on another level!

Prices of food and drink. Also that the 15 minute walk to everything in the main part of Tulum felt pretty long, especially at night time. But these are minor compared to the overall experience.

Located to far from the restaurant and club strip in the hotel zone. Its main attraction, the beach, was unusable due to sargassum, so, the place shut down at 8 pm every night. Nothing to do, except lounging by the pool.

Hotel was clean, very nicely organized and has a great vibe. Staff is super welcoming and friendly, made our stay even better.

Rooms don’t have a designated area to put away your stuff something like shelves would be great but overall it’s not a big deal.

The proximity to the beach, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was pretty good for walking.
