Jesus and all the staff could not have done more to make our stay as happy, relaxed and fantastic as possible. the location is great - walking distance to many bars and restaurants while at the same time having one of the best places to eat while being away from the loud music elsewhere. Lovely beach, plenty of sun beds and cabanas. we stayed in room 24, ocean view on the second floor. and couldn’t have been happier!

we moved from room 1 and preferred room 2;, but the move was easy and the hotel (Jesus) very accommodating. they really wanted us to be happy. the seaweed this time of year is everywhere along the coast and can’t be helped. it gets cleared every morning though. Everything in Tulum is London prices - not just this hotel. in fact this one, in Tulum, is good value for money.

We had a smaller room in the back of the hotel right next to the car park. This suited us as we had some privacy in our outside area to sit but the beachfront rooms looked amazing. The room was very comfortable and cozy. Beach was incredible and the staff worked hard to clear the Sargasso weed. Lots of places to sit even in peak season. Wait staff on the beach were great (Especially Abraham) and very accommodating and drinks were very good considering they were on the pricey side.

Breakfast was included which sounded great as the restaurant was very highly rated but we didn't know that the 'included breakfast' was only fruit, bread, coffee and juice. Any actual breakfast options like eggs were an extra price and pushed on you by the staff. Not really what I would call 'Breakfast included'. Not much in the direct vicinity of the hotel so requires some walking to get to to other restaurants and bars.

If they say the breakfast opens at a certain time then they should be ready by that time. I had to wait several times.

I did not want pillows on my bed. I hated them put back during the day and then removed. It is totally unnecessary. I will not leave tip for that. One day they did not bring be water either. Sargassum could have been cleaned up in a couple of hours if 4 men had REALLY WORKED. They only played that they are working. It was a joke!

Fantastic location and the staff were really great. Jesus at the front desk was super helpful, as were everybody and Faustino and all the restaurant staff really looked after us. The restaurant has a lovely location and view, and has really lovely food. There was never a shortage of sun loungers which were super comfy. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful stuff. People who work there are very nice!

The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. It was a waste of money to pay extra for “breakfast included”, when they only serve you coffee, OJ, fruits and bread. The restaurant itself has excellent breakfast. I’d recommend you pay for accommodation without breakfast included and then order breakfast in the restaurant from the menu.

The hotel setting is lovely, real beach side living! Set in a good location on the beach in terms of a nice part and good amenities, and not too busy! Albert was a great member of staff - knowledgeable and kind!

A small fridge in the room would be good, and a hair dryer.

Beach front, great lounge area on the beach. Food was very good. Wifi was ok, worked well on common areas and we got a little signal on/off in the rooms.

Better wifi for the rooms would really make it easier. It's a standard price for Tulum, but compared to other places, it's a very simple hotel for a lot of money.

Good location if you pland to disconnect and not move much

Quite expensive but that's Tulum. The road to the hotel is a nightmare. We traveled with friends and went out on activities every day. The single road was always very busy and bad to drive, it took us 40min only to arrive at the centre of Tulum. In our room was no Wifi nor other signal. We were travelling with friends and had to go to the reception to receive calls or messages.

Hotel is located in a perfect location. Amazing to be so close to the beach and on the main strip. Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly. Loved having breakfast overlooking the beach. Their beach bar is also great. I would stay here again for the convenience. Rooms were nice and pretty clean except our bathroom in the room smelled a bit like urine
