The hotel itself was very nice and a great location right on the beach. The room was always clean and the water was refilled every day. The sunbeds on the beach were a dream. The lady at the reception is super friendly and we also took her dog to our hearts. The rest of the staff sometimes seemed unmotivated and annoyed.

It was just a shame that the beach in Tulum is full of seaweed and apart from restaurants and a few fashion shops there is nothing nearby. Tulum is incredibly expensive and as only breakfast is included, which unfortunately offers very little (toast, jam, coffee, fruit) you spend a lot of money on other restaurants.

We had the beach view room and it was amazing. Spacious with table and chairs, a fridge and coffee maker. The balcony overlooking the beach was awesome with comfy seats and a hammock - a perfect place to chill. There were beach lounges on the sand for a change of scenery, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim. The staff were super nice and helpful and made us feel welcome

The shower was quite poor - not much flow and the water was salty.

The things I liked about Sivana was how attentive the host and staff were, the property was always kept up. I liked how comfortable the bed was. I liked how the beachfront has a private outdoor shower, the swings was a nice addition to the beachfront atmosphere. I liked the location was a little secluded but still only steps away from the restaurants and beach clubs.

The AC runs from 8pm to 6pm, it’s something to keep in mind. The shower temperature and pressure (and it’s a bit salty).

Location is great, first beach line. It’s quite far from big party areas so no disturbing beats during the night time. Personnel is cheering.

Water in the shower is quite salty and it’s very hard to find a temperature sweet spot . It’s rather cold or hot. Be ready for several electric power cuts during the evening time.

The location is excellent, close to the center of events, yet far from the noise of the bars. The beach is excellent, the staff is helpful. Excellent value for money.

There is a problem with the pressure and adjustment of the hot water when taking a shower.

The hotel is silent even though it is very close to the best beach clubs in the region. Great place to rest in front of the beach. My room had no mosquitoes and outside I saw very few. Anyone who knows Tulum knows that it is full of mosquitoes but this hotel knows how to keep them away. The staff are very lovely. The breakfast had everything we needed.

The electricity goes out a few times during the day. During the night we had no problem with this. I think this is a normal problem among hotels in the region.

Sivana is a lovely place beautiful beach. The staff are exceptional. Breakfast was such a great start to the day. Parking secure and convenient.They clean the room daily and keep the grounds tidy.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great shower and amenities, and right next to the beach with superb location and feel like you're in a tropical tree house!

I love the place, amazing location and staff! Very clean, whatever we needed everyone was happy to help. We loved the older man at the reception which help at night to get new born turtles to get to the sea ❤️ amazing people with big hearts, maybe not 5* hotel but experience we had was worth more then thay. Beautiful, quite place like a paradise!

Hair dryer could do due to salty water and small fridge but when we ask for travel fridge and ice, there was no issues.
