Really nice and affordable rooms in the centre of the Tulum beach zone. The location is perfect as it’s near convenience stores and some affordable restaurants, also close to beach clubs but nice and quiet. The rooms are a little ‘rustic’ but it’s in the jungle and you get what you pay for - this was one of the best prices I could find in the area so I wasn't expecting it to have all the mod cons.

No air con so it’s quite hot in the room. There's ceiling fans but personally I found they blew too hard. I found it got cool enough to sleep by leaving the door open but my friend found it hard to sleep in the heat.

This was my second time staying at Amor Rooms. The first time I stayed for a week and this time I stayed for a month! Cori, the manager was great! He was friendly and helpful. My room was comfy, stylish, Eco friendly (nice to see this still happening in Tulum!) and has become my home away from home. Also - the location is perfect! Tucked away from the party zone, but close enough if you want to partake. Close to my favorite restaurants, shops and yoga studios!

Only because I was here for an extended amount of time, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge. Cori did bring me a cooler with ice as I needed - so he figured it out for me. Other than that - the space and service was great and more than I expected!

Good value for money in Tulum. The rooms are large, spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel is situated just beyond the main strip of bars and restaurants making them easily accessible by foot and meaning the area is nice and quiet at night. Beach is just across the road however many of the access points are through other hotels that don't let you pass through - would recommend heading up to Zebra Beach Club ( 5 min walk) to enter beach instead.

Can be difficult to get access to the beach but that's not hotels fault!

loved my stay at Amor rooms! The rooms are beautiful, super comfy bed, nice shower - it offers a perfectly relaxed environment. A few steps away from the beach, we didn't miss being by the seafront of Tulum. It also has a nice swimming pool which is a perfect add-on. The staff is also super friendly and reachable at all times. Would highly recommend.

Location was amazing! Loved the rustic vibes. The staff were absolutely amazing !!

My one comment is that bed linen and towels could do with a refresher, alot of the linens were stained with what looked like blood stains, and also just looked very well used

Fabulous service! Anastasia made great efforts ensuring i had smooth transportation between airport - hotel, and got my scooter the same morning I asked for it. She is amazing!

Not sure if it’s related to the weather, I don’t have hot water entire time. As the staff explained, everything is solar powered.

Very close to the beach and bars. But not niosy. The girl from the reception is a very kind girl which Always helped us and had a lot of information for us. The whole stuff is friendly. The rooms are exceltent, spacious and clean. The cleaning stuff as well did a great job

There is nothing to complain

The service was wonderful, I was greeted ahead of time and showed to my lovely room. Mind you this is a low key place but it was quiet, good water pressure, hot water all day, 3 fans, towels and everything. It was a short walk to the busy part of town around Gitano and the beach is across the street.

Clean, stylish room with value for money! Service minded staff! This is the perfect place to stay at if you would like to try out different beach clubs each day and instead save in on the cost of hotel. It’s very close to a place with some great food trucks if you wish to have a “low key” night as well. Otherwise easy to walk everywhere from here or take a taxi if you don’t like walking. Matcha Mama is just outside the door for some delicious smoothies and matcha servings.

It’s next to a pizza place who has a noisy power plant. But it’s off from 10pm in the evenings. Another restaurant next to the place plays loud music in the evenings. but this is Tulum and both things will be wherever you stay (we have stayed at different places and it’s the same anywhere).

The location is really convenient and, although a bit far from the town area, the colectivo system made the local trips cheap and fast.

Sometimes the wifi would crash, but it was for short amount of time and usually during nights.
