The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the main stretch of beach, within walking distance to all the best beach clubs and restaurants. The hotel staff are also absolutely amazing. The front desk manager Sandra was incredibly nice and helpful. From before we even arrived, she helped set up check in and put our group’s rooms close together. She also helped to coordinate everything that we needed from reservations for beach clubs, restaurants, boats, tours, and taxis. The hotel felt very safe and they had security posted all night as well. The rooms were extremely comfortable with king beds in every room and the rooms were large and spacious and extremely clean. The ac worked great for all 6 of rooms, along with zero plumbing issues. The normal hotel rooms were awesome, but the villa was really something special. Amazing location looking out over the ocean with pool and balcony’s. By far best place to stay in Tulum beach. Last thing to mention, we were provided free breakfast every morning at Ahau, a neighbor property close by which was fantastic every morning. Egg dish, with toast, fruit plate, and coffee/tea.

This place was perfect.

The small hotel is directly on the beach and you can use their (few) beach chairs and bring your own drinks and food to eat on the beach. The room was very comfortable!!! The breakfast at their sister hotel (Ahau) was good with a beautiful sea view (see picture). The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Free parking was possible at Ahau Hotel - 4 minutes walking down the road. During your stay you also get free access to the Art Park nearby with the famous Escultura Ven a la Luz. My impression was that they really do their best to give you the best value for your money with all the small extras. I'm happy with our choice. But I wouldn't stay in Tulum for long overall as the food places and beach bars seem very overpriced.

We were told that coffee will be waiting outside our room before breakfast but when we checked, it wasn't there. We got it after breakfast after we asked for it. So not a big problem after all. We had quite a few mosquitoes in the bathroom. Wish they had sprayed before we checked in as the bed has no mosquito net.

This little boutique hotel was amazing. The property is small with only a handful of rooms but it was beautiful! We were literally right on the beach which is great. You walk out of your room onto the sand. Sandra the lady who runs it is amazing are beyond helpful. The only this which would make it better is if there was a shared pool, but you would need to book the front penthouse if you want a pool. Overall loved it!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. All the rooms are moments from the sand and ocean.

The music from next door does make it hard to sleep, but the hotel cannot control this and actually provides access to the club during the day. In saying this it is in the hotel zone it is always going to be noisy.,

Beautiful boutique hotel. We stayed at the villa and what a view from the room. It was ready as soon as we arrived. My family was in awe of the villa. All 3 rooms are huge with big California king beds. Washroom in every bedroom. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The villa is well sound proofed. Even though there are bars and hotel around, we didn't hear a thing at night. The location is amazing. Walking distance to all the great restaurants and sights. I wish we stayed longer.

I loved everything.

I really loved the jungle vibe of the entire house. The beach is amazing, and it’s conveniently close to the party zone and the most popular beach clubs.

The room is relatively small and lacked a wardrobe, hairdryer, and iron. The nearby club's proximity also made it challenging to sleep at night due to the noise.

Amazing hotel and the perfect location!! The staff were super attentive too. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very kind and always reachable. they always tried to accommodate as as best as they could. Room was spacious and comfortable and right by the beach. It was very convenient that they had partnerships with several other beach clubs and resorts that allowed us to enter without paying cover and/or without having a minimum consumption.

I wish they would be able to offer breakfast but honestly it was fine.

This hotel is just perfect 🤩 we loved our time there. Location , hotel workers, super clean rooms and soooo comfortable bed . They even offer for the best beach clubs free entrance. Thank you Ms Sandra Ovalle for all great hospitality. You made our stay even more enjoyable.

very clean. staff is always making an effort to make sure it’s clean. staff was very welcoming and made sure our needs were taken care of. they responded to all our requests and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. so much attention to detail. the staff also helped us coordinate reservations and gave great recommendations for all meals. staff was very friendly and had a great attitude at all times. the rooms were always super clean considering the hotel is right in front of the beach.

this is not casa ganesh’s fault but rosa negra next door is extremely loud day and night. I’m not one to really care about noise but they went over bored. such a downside to the hotel but location is great. if rosa negra was not next to casa Ganesh they would have such a lovely quiet and relaxing vibe. it felt that way in the morning and as soon as the music came on from next door it went away.
