Ahau’s beachfront location is gorgeous and well-maintained. The beautiful rooms have a funky nature vibe. Ahau’s staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed many meals in the open air restaurant. Overall, a wonderful time.

Our only complaint was the noise from other clubs on the beach. The persistent techno music bass literally rattled things in our rooms some nights making sleep a challenge. This is not just an Ahau problem, as it affects many properties in the area.

Great location, we had an ocean view master suite, the view was incredible, you habe beach chair just by the villa. Personal is friendly. Cruz was very helpful and friendly, very thankful to him. Food in the restaurant was very good, passion fruit margaritas top notch.

The noise and the light, be ready, bring sleeping mask amd ear plugs, the party goes on till the morning so you can hear the bit, our room was echoing the music, like there is a radio in the room. There is no phone in the rokm, so all service goes via watsapp messages, that are not replied quickly enough. Included breakfast had only 4 options of food available, if you're staing for a few days het tires of eating the same food.

Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves or swinging in the hammock staring at the clouds. Room requests were through WhatsApp. Staff was always quick to respond and very helpful. I asked for thinner pillows, water refills, retrieving our car from valet parking, etc. Went for a swim in the ocean every day. Loved watching the waves and the breeze from the beach side restaurant.

New York City pricing for food and drinks. All the food and drinks we tried were very good, but thought the pricing was a bit extreme. Almost $20 for a fruit juice and mezcal cocktail. It was a bit of a shock.

Beautiful hotel, so peaceful and perfect for pictures - Great food and onsite activities (yoga, ariel acrobat, sound bath, ceremonies etc) - Free access to nearby Tulum beach jungle gym - Great location with many food options - Front desk really help with many things

Service a little slow at time (waiting 1 hour for breakfast for example) - unable to call uber or outside taxis, hotel taxis massively overpriced - had to ask for full room cleaning

Its all about your profile and your expectation! For me I am very happy from the facility in all aspects right behind the beach, wake up go swimming, each day an entertainment, good food. If you want to complain there is no regrigerator or mini bar dont come here😁 its for people whı choose yonbe happy in life and deserve a 10 pts.

morning coffee could have been better taste

The hotel is fantastic! Near the beach with very beautiful landscapes. The beach parties are nice and you don't have to go far to enjoy the magic of Tulum. There are many restaurants and shops. The hotel beaches are very clean and the reception staff is friendly.

The bungalows have a very small bed.

Ahau is located on the beachfront within walking distance from various restaurants, bars, beach clubs and stores - the beach is pristine with soft white sand and clear blue ocean! The rooms are clean with comfy beds, the restaurant makes the most amazing food, mezcalitas and the staff are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying at Ahau again on my next visit to Tulum!🙌🏼

5 nights in Ahau Tulum, from the entrance -beautiful property. Wooden houses combined in a great beach climate with a lot of flowers and palms around was just a pleasure for eyes whenever we were around there. Amazing, relaxing music in the background during breakfast and dinners (we loved it). Heros in the Ahau's staff - so nice, so smiled, so great people! Davis and Berna - I would like to thank for all chats, for great clues what to order and especially for amazing ideas what we could visit. With your recommendation we saw many of fantastic places that we hadn't planned and now we will never forget them. Monste - thanks so much for all help you gave me and for your daily smile which turns everyone in positive mood from early morning! I will definitely come back!;)

Ahau Tulum is a luxury bohemian paradise. Perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful beach and eclectic town. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful room, Junior suite with a lovely patio and a hammock, ocean view. Nice beds and rainfall shower. Raw Love vegan cafe was yummy!

Food was expensive but that's to be expected in the area.
