Extraordinary hotel with its own beach and extraordinarily comfortable sunbeds. The hotel has two restaurants where the food is very good (a bit expensive in my opinion). The staff is very kind and responsive to the problems or requests. The Junior Suite where i stayed has all the facilities for five stars and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location is close to the most important restaurants and shops (a few steps away - no need a taxi , also very expensive). For transfer from Tulum airport I used Amstar, also very well.

The establishment is successfully maintaining a genuinely friendly, attentive, relaxed and quiet atmosphere. It felt like home right on the beach. Having not 1 but 2 restaurants adjoining the property was a definite plus. While some of the surrounding “beach clubs” had restaurants, they were too loud and raucous for our taste.

Loved the property. Close to the beach and Ziggy’s Restaurant. Room was spacious and very clean. That staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little pricey for a non inclusive resort, but breakfasts was included. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful, clean beach with direct access from the room; you live on the beach, have a big bed with an ocean view, a great healthy breakfast, have very kind and helpful staff, clean, spacious room with a terrace upstairs, hammock in the front, everything is just lovely.

TAXI DRIVERS in Tulum are cheaters; unfortunately, even those who provide transport to hotel guests.

Instant Beach Access, No closing time for the beach, Great food at the two restaurants. Spa was absolutely amazing!! Best massage I’ve ever had by far.

Bathrooms are a bit oversized making the main room with bed seem small. Palm trees could of been cleaned up a bit more to provide an exceptional view from the upstairs Jacuzzi Tub, Room Labels it a Jacuzzi but it’s a bathtub Jacuzzi

Fabulous location - direct access to the beach and within easy walking distance of choice of good restaurants; huge, well appointed room, attractive pool area; fab breakfast included in room rate.

Service in restaurants at times a little rushed for our taste; use of WhatsApp and QR codes (for hotel services and menus) meant you felt obliged to keep your mobile on … even though you were on holiday. Sometimes just didn’t feel quite as cosseted as we would have expected for the price we were paying.

Hotel facilities are tired and need to be refurbished - GBP1k a night for such jaded and tired rooms is ridiculous The food in Ziggy’s restaurant is deplorable

Love the 2 options for breakfast! Both Fresco & Ziggy's offer delicious food. Also loved that each room has a dedicated lounge on the beach. I can't say enough about this hotel, walking distance to many great restaurants & beach clubs, beach was prestine & free yoga daily. We will be returning again!

Great location, cool vibe, right on the beach overlooking the ocean- it was spectacular. Our own beach lounge and excellent service. It was very well done.

As per all of Tulum, the value for money is not great. It was a great property but we paid a lot for it!!
