The hotel is very nice. The size of the hotel was perfect, not so big and well distributed to offer enough space and privacy, but also great common spaces to enjoy with other people. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they provided help and tips on what to do in the area. And the staff in the breakfast and bar was really nice and provided great service. The atmosphere in the hotel was really chill (comparing to others in the area that had loud music and more of a party vibe). So the hotel is perfect to just chill at the beach and drink a couple of cocktails with friends. The room had a great size and the beds were really comfortable.

The main thing I think is the prices of the services at the hotel. The food and drinks were too expensive, comparing also to other prices in the area and considering that it was a low season. So we avoided spending much there and tried to buy our own snacks and drinks outside the hotel. Other services like the spa for example were also two times more expensive than other prices we found in the area. I don´t know if they are good or not, buy for that price we did not want to take it. Other small thing, that is not that relevant but would be nice to have, is a small fridge or mini bar at the room.

Excellent breakfast included. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the large apartment for 4 persons which had a fantastic view and was placed in the first line to the beach. Absolutely excellent. Lots of sunbeds available on the private beach of Coco. The hotel cleans the beach every morning for things, that comes in from the sea hence the sand is in pristine condition.

The general price level in Tulum was very surprising for us. Prices are higher than in Europe. Price for a Pizza €20, price for a Coco Cola €8. We are right now in Merida in Yucatan where prices are "normal" for Mexico. At Tulum Beach they are extorting turists and are charging rediculous prices for everything - in restaurants, in bars and even in the supermarket prices are much higher than you will find elsewhere.

The breakfast was excellent and generous (and included in the deal). The setting and location couldn't have been better (literally on the beach). The facilities on the beach were great and the bar/restaurant was really convenient. The rooms were lovely, very simple & stylish, with huge beds and a large bathroom with hot, plentiful showers.

We felt the restaurant was a little expensive. But lots of alternatives nearby. Also,when presented with our bill, there were two options; with or without a tip. We opted to pay without a tip - the bar/restaurant receipts showed a tip had already been applied.

Unique sunrises. Great location on the sea with fancy and comfortable lounges to be. Nice bungalow by the pool. Well maintained garden. Great food. All in all a wonderful place to be. Partly great staff. Second stay here - in 2023 it was better.

Some of the staff were a bit „jaded" and unfriendly. Not all - I mentioned the „partly great staff“ in the Likes (reception, gardening, cleaning, beach service, car park, security - all fine). Morning coffee should be available before sunrise (7 am) and not 7.30 am - served with pleasure and not to leave the feeling of disturbing and not being welcome.

They served all meals to the room at no extra cost. Food was tasty. Staff were very helpful and could be contacted immediately on WhatsApp. They gifted us free wine on the first night. Staff were lovely and warm and wished me happy birthday on the day.. though I don't know how they knew! Sun loungers always available. The view from the balcony was superb.

The happy hour is very early, 12 to 4pm, and it only applies to one drink so there is no choice. The shower was cold which was a little disappointing. Pool was not clear but it may be because it is salt water.

Perfect location if you want to stay at the beach.

We were 3 guests.. but only 2 towels. We asked 3 times to get an extra towel which never arrived. There was barely any warm water when having a shower… maintenance took care of it the first night but it didn’t last the next days.

The beach is beautiful. The hotel is nice and quiet compared to some of the others along the beach. Breakfast was nice. Has a nice happy hour in the afternoons. The staff were really friendly.

The aircon did its best for the room size but think it’s just too small for the room. The room is big enough for a small fridge. Would’ve been nice to keep to have a fridge in the room.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our cozy space. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 1 teen. The property is lovely!

I’ve been to Tulum a few times and it has developed over the years. I found this place has kept the charm of what I loved about Tulum. I appreciated that it did not play loud music like other properties near by.

Beautiful, would stay again. Clean rooms, endless hot water, beautiful clean pool on the beach, beautiful balcony and ocean views, clean beach, gorgeous entry and ambiance. Patrizio, the the assistant manager are great communicators, honest class acts, and the valet guys were super sweet with getting space for parking my moped and keeping it safe, let me use their phone when in need, the cleaners were great, and the rooms and all facilities were very clean. Overall impressed and love Coco Un/limited.

Night-time security treated me like I wasn't a guest was rude instead of asking how they could be of assistance. Day time beach security guard picks on women and got aggressively close to me about having a diet coke - the food service is slow and rude and not the best quality, butbthe good thing is that if you're disrespected you don't *have to tip*. But overall this place is excellent and I would return again, but probably not use the restaurant and keep my distance from the misogynistic security guys.

Amazing setting on the beach, it was so nice to wake up to the sea every day. Very nice and huge room. Fantastic breakfast with great staff. Overall I liked it and would come back

The property requested that I pay via a link before arrival or my reservation would be cancelled, I was not comfortable with this and was not told when booking that this would be the case or I would’ve paid up front. The room/facilities is a bit shabby chic but it works as long as you don’t mind this. Noisy dogs and generator noise etc from room/bathroom but our room was closest to the road
