very big room and bed. set in the jungle and back from the main drag so quiet. there is a tut tut that can take you down the lane from the Main Street to the rooms but it’s not that long so we walked a lot. Beach club was really pretty

only thing was that they charged us $15 because one of the towels had make up on. the shower has clear doors and windows to outside. we were ok with it. we ordered wine at the beach club, they didn’t have a menu and only two Mexican wines available…. got the bill… turned out to be over $100 😬😬

Roc Jungle was a great choice for our 4 night stay in Tulum. The rooms are just secluded enough to avoid the hectic main strip while still being only a short walk from the beach. The staff were very friendly and quick to offer a tuk tuk ride which we mostly turned down because we enjoyed the birds on the walk. The room was large and perhaps a little sparsely appointed, but it more than met our needs. Other reviews led us to believe the wifi wouldn’t work, but it was very functional during our stay.

There were some minor cleanliness issues with the room, but nothing that rose to the level of a complaint for us. Our biggest frustration was the pricing for drinks at the beach bar which felt very made up and changed a lot from day to day. Some staff would accept our credit card and others required cash.

Close to Tulum Beach and everything you want to be around. Staff was helpful with getting us ATV rentals and recommendations and taxis

Food at the restaurant was not the best and they shouldn’t charge you for waters in your room since there is no running water in Tulum but overall a great stay

Front desk staff were helpful and we got clean towels every day. It was clean and the cabanas were nice

Our shower had trouble draining

I loved the little individual hut..or bungalow. The jungle location was cool and I liked walking the short distance down a lovely dirt road to the main drag. Nice and quiet location but easy access to everything.

My shower was wonky. Water basically only came out from a small part of the shower head.

Beach experience is amazing in this hotel! Staff is friendly and facilities are good quality. Quiet and private bungalows. Just like the pictures. Walking to the jungle-site was not at all a problem, nice environment to be around.

Food and drinks are expensive. A beer or drink cost here 3x more than in the surrondings restaurants. Lunch/dinner is an expense of >80€. We’ve eaten significantly better and cheaper outside. Also nobody answers the messages via booking. You need to call.

the jungle cabanas were perfect as a solo female traveller. it was private and quiet enough away from the main road and yet I felt safe and secure in the spacious and comfortable room.

The hotel is great, however, Roc Jungle is not the same as Roc Luxe. it takes about 10 min walking or a quick ride with their Tuk Tuk. anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room is big and comfortable.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work at about 90% of the rooms from the Jungle. it only works at Roc Luxe which is at the beach.

thes staff was super helpful, caring all the time about you and trying to help. Location is great and the beach and pool are great. cabins in the jungle are great.

The accommodation in the Jungle is wonderful 🥰. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all matters, especially Julio, Mao and Ruven. And also the guy who worked at night. Thanks a lot for that 🙏🏼 Appreciated.
