Our stay at the Roc Luxe went really well, it was as I expected it to be so there were no disappointments. Our rooms were in "the beach village" which is lovely. Loved listening to the sea at night and seeing the sea first thing when I opened the door in the morning. All the staff were very friendly, from those at the front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping, gardeners and security. We found it very relaxing, tidy and well kept. Breakfast was great and the continental was included. You could also pick from their menu and pay extra. Our scrambled eggs, omelettes and pancakes were perfect when we ordered them. The music by the pool was a bonus and not too loud (it could have actually been a little louder). The location suited our needs, if you wanted to be in the heart of the night life it was a 6/7 minute taxi ride and it was buzzing. But I'm glad we did not stay down that end as we did not want to have to listen to the beach clubs music late into the night. Overall a very positive experience. The WiFi service was perfect all the time. Thank you all at the Roc Luxe. X

Perfect Boutique Tulum Stay! The staff (men working the pool/cabanas were fantastic - super sweet and attentive which made us feel right at home. Enrique the receptionist was exceptional! Housekeeping ladies were extremely tidy and left our unit clean every day. We walked south along the beach a couple of times and gotta say Roc Lux is unique and offered a truly relaxing Tulum experience. We had breakfast/lunch and lounged by by the pool mostly due to weather and tides. Food is good/standard. If you’re looking for dinning experience- go to Eater for recommendations. Parking was never an issue and location was perfect for heading into town. Facilities- great. We loved having a have a refrigerator to keep our drinks water cold. Our Deluxe King Suite was garden view with just steps to the beach. Security- always saw staff on site. Felt safe. People: don’t bring your Rolex/ Chanel bag/ high expectations but do bring your flip flops and swim/hiking and sexy summer fits! It’s boho vibe no one truly cares what you wear unless your asking for unwanted attention. Be smart- you’re in Mexico.

We loved everything about the property—especially the structure on the beach and how close the front houses are to the sea.

We missed some cozy lights in the pool area if you want to hang out after sunset and have drinks there. And also would be nice to have a drink menu and wine bottles available.

Area of hotel was really great, little paradise! Our helpfully and friendly host Enrique make a great effort to improve our stay and make us feel special, thank you!

From start to finish everything has been incredible!! the staff are wonderful especially Júlio who helped us with anything from dinner recommendations and reservations, Cenote trips, to beach clubs, best food spots in Valladolid when we spent a day there and getting us a fast track PCR test- EXCEPTIONAL!!!☺️ The polite and incredibly helpful parking assistance were amazing, housekeeping is impeccable, breakfast was lovely and the location is just perfect with the prettiest beach front ever!! We intended to stay at a second hotel for the last part of our trip but decided to extend our stay at Roc Luxe due to the amazing service and warm welcome. We are so happy we chose to stay at Roc Luxe and will be back soon- thank you for everything!!

Bugs do get inside the room which my wife wasn't too happy about but it wasn't a big issue

they should improve some meals and breakfast, and at least have a 24-hour snack service (some ready meals for snacking)

perfectly located. serene location away from the crazy night life that has taken over Tulum. great layout with a central pool. the rooms are large and you feel like you are truly on a holiday. nice continental breakfast with opportunity to buy eggs and other items.

staff wasn’t quite up to speed. coffee in room wasn’t replaced everyday. restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so no place to get coffee but we found someone to bring to our room.
