I love the beach front and sunrise. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff and owner were welcoming and friendly, accommodating and reliable. The location is suitable as there is a 24hr convenience store across and restaurants within walking distance.

Loud music from the properties left and right to it. Transportation is costly and tours with hotel pick-up and drop-off are limited.

The property is perfectly located in the party zone but still a quiet place with direct access to the beach and a supermarket with everything you might need close. Victor has been taking care of us really reliable and made our stay even better. We received an upgrade and the stuff gave us recommendations and answered our questions at any given time. The wifi was stable that you could easily work from there. The beach is really clean and during the day the music from the bars enclosed are totally fine. If we will ever visit Tulum again we’ll definitely come back to this place!

I recently spent 8 amazing nights at this beautiful accommodation in Tulum, and it exceeded all expectations. Gabriel, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect—his kindness, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving were truly remarkable. When I mentioned our initial room was in a slightly louder area, Gabriel immediately found a quieter option, ensuring our comfort and setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and made sure every moment felt special. From delicious breakfasts and expertly crafted drinks to the magical atmosphere and stunning decor, everything about this hotel was unforgettable. Los ARRECIFES was a great place to stay for our group of friends who were visiting Tulum for the first time. You can find all the best there, parties, beach clubs and relaxation within walking distance. The street is very busy, especially in the evening, so to avoid traffic jams we sometimes walked along the beach. Cycling was also great, so get a bike :) The staff was always top notch, the room was spotlessly clean and was kept fresh for us, despite the humidity. At night you can hear loud music from the beach clubs (on weekends till 2 am) but for us it was great fun and part of the experience. We slept like babies anyway.

First and foremost - excellent service throughout the experience. Not only delivering what is required but also extremely warm, friendly and attentive group of people. They reach out before arrival to offer airport pick up and ensure amooth check in. Available on whatsapp at any time for any questions or additional requests. Nice and simple à la carte breakfast on a terrace. Good housekeeping that you never even seen but your room is magically clean all the time. Good food and drinks on the beach that keep coming with waiters being very proactive. Location is perfect for both partying and exploring the area. Pharmacy, supermarket, clothes, taxi, beach clubs, night clubs, restaurants - everything is walking distance. Beautiful private beach with comfortable sunbeds and nice palm trees. We had a nice and spacious room with direct sea view and amazing massive terrace with hammock and rocking chairs. Rain shower with good pressure and properly hot water. Great shampoo and shower gel. Strong A/C. Wi-Fi router in every area and individual room. Some complimentary drinks in mini bar Offered a complimentary champagne bottle for new years!

The staff is excellent, you feel safe and they take care of you! Breakfast very good and filling! great cocktails and food. The view from the rooms, especially the ones directly on the beach is very nice,

The rooms could have been more new, unfortunately some guests were extremely noisy during the weekend, and there is a beach club next to the hotel with music extremely loud (way above acceptable for a party beach club even) we could not sleep without plugs. It is a bit far from the southern side were the best spots are.

This property made our trip. Beautiful setting right on the beach. We had a sea view room and woke to the most beautiful sunrise. Those rooms are giant and gave a feeling of luxury. Gabriel was such a brilliant host and took care of everything for us - one of the best and kindest people we came across on our trip. The included breakfast was simple but very tasty. We wished we could have stayed longer here. One thing to note is the noise you hear about in Google and in some reviews from the beach clubs - we had a room closest to Taboo so the loudest one. I’m a very light sleeper so was slightly nervous about this. I never once had an issue with sleep - you really can’t hear it from your room.

As with all beach places, it probably needs an annual repainting / varnishing of wood to keep it looking brand new. But not really a complaint more of a suggestion

The location was terrific and the breakfast was above average for free/included. No complaints. The staff made me feel so welcome and treated me like a prince. My room was outstanding. Jackpot!!!10/10. Hot shower and great wifi. The private beach is beyond stunning. And the property has the most beautiful palm trees providing just the right amount of shade to the lounge chairs and outdoor tables. The vibe was perfect for me. Not over the top with unnecessary glitz. But very fancy and classy. I cant wait to go back next year!!!

There was nothing I did not like.

Loved the hotel, setting, and most importantly the staff. We were so happy to stay here, having come from the town, we were worried how touristy it would be in comparison, but the hotel was a perfect escape in the hotel zone . Alejandro looked after us the entire time to make sure we were as comfortable as possible and Gabriel was always available for any questions. Lovely breakfast and access to the beach and facilities good. Good value. Good location and easy parking .

Nothing but seeing the other reviews we wanted to clarify. It is worth knowing the whole area is part of a strip of hotels and restaurants that compete to be noticed. So it is sometimes possible to hear neighbouring hotels music at times. This is largely unavoidable in a busy tourist location and must affect all the hotels in the zone. Los Arrecifes vibe is simple and very chilled so it is a perfect spot to get away from it all.

When you travel, some places & people leave a special trace and you leave a little piece of your heart there ❤️ We enjoyed every minute of our honeymoon roadtrip here - even that much, that we changed plans and came back after one week! Besides the very beautiful beach, sea & views, the lovely rooms and the great food & drinks, it has an exceptional atmosphere that makes you feel at peace, happy and at home far away from home. Also Gabriel, Alejandro & the team made us feel so welcomed and are simply great people! Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely come back one day - hopefully very, very soon 😍 So do yourself a favor and enjoy your holidays here too :)
