Whatever you do.. book your stay here!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we were treated with amazing customer service and a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking, it’s like you’re in a jungle bungalow. Not to mention the PRIVATE cenote that has the most amazing views. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was free coffee everyday. What truly made our trip memorable was the front desk worker, Alfonso. He went above and beyond to make our stay incredible: giving us countless of recommendations and activities to do. If you need anything at all (snorkels, towels, car service, etc) he will be there for you. It was my birthday and they made it so special for me! Karina made sure our room was in perfection condition everyday as well. The location of the hotel was perfect for our group as we were close to really nice cafes, shops and beach clubs. We never had to take a taxi or a car if we were staying within the Tulum beach area Thank you so much Casa Teka, we miss you already!!

That our stay was too short

Presidential suite was just beautiful. Exceptional location with natural Cenote pool just behind the house. Luxury in the middle of beautiful trees, intact nature, Quite close to the beach, far enough to avoid very vibrant beach noise. Most value to this stay was the staff, particularly front desk Lady Tania Reyes who made sure every detail of our comfort was attended - we had a person with recent leg fracture, still in wheelchair, Tania made sure she had easiest access everywhere, which is highly appreciated. We are thankful for all, including yoga class organized for us and strong yoga teacher David, hope to be back soon to Casa Teka.

It would be rude to find anything to complain about. Little things like - "how to find a beach" were promptly resolved with actual recommendations and reservations and free access to beach clubs that require expensive entre fee.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Teka. From the staff, the location and the beautiful grounds our vacation was magical. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

My only complaint was the bathroom shower. It had a leak and one day they came a fixed the drywall while we were out. We arrived back to the room and had to wait for it to be finished. The drywall board was installed, but it wasn’t completely finished. The shower definitely needs to be updated.

I was a bit worried about the hotel as most photos online didn’t seem appealing . It was a good surprise when I got there , it was a beautiful property and quite nice rooms . The location was also central , close to restaurants/ night life . The free breakfast was a huge plus and also the all day coffee and water . Despite not being beach front , we were referred to the bagatelle beach club ( it was very expensive ) Front desk - great customer service , super friendly and helpful ! They helped arrange transport to the Tulum archaeological site and provided beach club recommendations) The cenotes is gorgeous, you can easily spend a few hours there for lunch , a drink or a swim . ( it’s quiet and peaceful )

Location - While the hotel is great , the lack of sound proof in the room made it difficult to sleep at night listening to the party music. A/c - it wasn’t cool enough and will not be ideal in a super hot day Not beachfront - unless you’re staying in a beachfront hotel , you have to go to beach club and while there are plenty of options , they come with a hefty price tag ( tough to justify if you go with people who don’t drink) Restaurant policy of not being able to charge the drink to the Room. I left the cenotes and thought the can just charge it to the room . Instead they went searching for me, knocking on the room while my bf’s elderly parents were sleeping . It’s 300mxn ($18)!! I’m not going anywhere , I could have paid upon checkout .

My stay in Casa Teka was amazing and a great surprise. I begin saying that the infrastructure its something incredible, totally inspired in Tulum Vibe emanates a Holistic Retreat for your well-being through the "private" Cenote, the common areas, the rooms and the eco-trails inside the building that are an absolute inspiration to refresh your mind and spirit. About the service and amenities nothing was forgotten, including what I thought that was not included: Free Coffee/Expresso/Tea..., Fresh Water, Bicycles, Restaurant Discount (20%), Beach Towels, Taxi (with relevant Discount), Yoga mats, personalized customer service, ... and even more, Casa Teka its located in the best location of Tulum (Zona Hotelera). I cannot miss to mention the friendliness and kindness of the entire team. The hosts Tânia and Emanol were all the time available to help you with all your needs, they never missed with their availability and attention. Carlos and Marguerito became our buddies during our stay in Casa Teka, the 1st supporting us in the bar & restaurant and the 2nd driving us on our forays into the city, we had good moments of conversation with both without ever being intrusive, nevertheless all the staff are so friendly and helpful in a way that its very difficult to experience, I must leave a special word for the other teams members such as: Cleaning, Maintenance, Restaurant, Receptionists/Gate Keepers,... I can only say Thank You for making my stay in Casa Teka happier.

Really beautiful place! We needed a place to stay after our first accommodation was not great. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The cenote was very pretty and private, usually not a lot of people there at all but bring bug spray because it is in the jungle. There were multiple places to access the beach outside of the two that we were able to go to through casa teka. I liked that it was different from most places in tulum where you can relax and not have to worry too much about parties going on around us. They always had our room cleaned and were very accommodating. My 7 month baby loved it. The hotel staff was exceptional! Thank you all.

The breakfast could have been a bit better but there’s so many places to go.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights in the master suite which was really nice. The hotel was right in the heart of all the action in Tulum which has its good and bad points. It was central to everything but at night the parties go on and on with loud music. We were there during the New Year holiday so it may not be as loud in other times of the year and please be advised that there are stairs to manage. I paid a lot of money for the stay due to the holidays as well, so I may have been a lot happier with the room rate for the off season time. Overall, a really nice hotel in a great location and would be perfect for younger people who want to be involved in all the action.

Tania was a very good host, to this niche resort. She took care of our many needs, transportation needs, travel tips and questions. We don't speak Spanish, so she was my translator, even while talking to a nearby shop. We have never stayed in such a nice room, wooden decor. Kids loved it. The resort is nestled between beautiful trees, and has a nice cenotes on site. It's a great location, with hipster vibes. We are definitely coming back here.

Our stay at casa teka was amazing. The room was very spacious, clean and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and had reasonable variety. Cenote is right there and the beach is just across the road. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and if we are back in Tulum, we will definitely stay here again

The receptionist was very helpful, gave us a tour of the property on check in and made a reservation for the nearby beach club for us. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms, beautiful nature. Unlimited free bottled water available.

Breakfast and service at the breakfast wasn't great. One of the nights there was very loud music until late from one of the neighbouring clubs/bars. Lots of mosquitoes.
