The rooms were clean and spacious with an easy access to the sea. Special thanks to Francisco and Ezequiel, who made our stay amazing. We were a big group and their help was enormous. They helped us with everything, from booking transportation to recommending us places to enjoy the night life. Super kind and welcoming! Definitely will recommend to our friends and maybe will come back in the future.

All the other reviews are true: salty water in the shower and enormously loud music from the club next to the hotel. We were expecting that but it is still something that affects the quality of the stay a lot.

The hotel was lovely and bohemian with lots of unique features. I have never stayed anywhere like it! I was very lucky with the room I was assigned as it had the biggest balcony. I loved the size of the bed too! We loved the staff who were so accommodating and friendly. They looked after us so well. Loved the toiletries on offer too.

Even though it is advertised as located in the party zone I don’t think I appreciated just HOW LOUD the music is. Because of jet lag I have been getting up early and going to bed early which isn’t conducive to staying at this hotel. The bassline from surrounding bars and clubs was so loud it vibrated the bed and kept me awake. Some of the features around the hotel looked a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint. The room floors were never mopped only swept meaning I always kept my flip flops on. There was a weird smell of sulphur / egg in the bathroom which was off putting.

The whole team working there was outstanding and extremely friendly. From Reception to the Restaurant, to the Beach Club and also the Cleaners and Security. Everyone does a great job and makes us feel extremely welcome. For my mom and me it was our third time here and we will be back for sure many times and always book Las Estrellas when we are in Tulum. It feels like home already. Friends of us also stayed here and really enjoyed it. The location is also perfect and parking with our car was also easy. Breakfast was also wonderful, especially with the close proximity to the beach, the friendly staff and the great taste. Sun Beds are also some of the very best in Tulum. Love this place and recommend it to everyone:)

Loud music  playing all the time late night.party zone? I don’t mind loud music but same beats all the time? No fresh water for shower? Restaurant menus not much of choice, always some things wrong ? No supply oven not working? All kind of beers on menus but only one ? Run out of other beer for a week stay? Coffee machines in room only four pods for a week ? You buy the rest for 100 pesos per pod? Best get your supplies at beer store? The owners don’t supply the facilities? Don’t care for customers?

Right on the beach. Private beach. Miles to in joy beach and the ocean? Easy walk to restaurant and bar. Stores. All convenient. thank you to all the staff members great service.

Party zone loud music most of the night. Not very good selection of food in the restaurant. Coffe expensive. Coffee machine in room only 4pod for a week ,but no coffee you had to buy your own. or pay the price. Of 100 pesos per pod? All water to shower salty no fresh water ? To shower. You pay for what you get? Owner of places not give the service to the staff? To be able to service costumers?

Every staff member made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They found out I was celebrating my birthday and on my birthday decorated my room as a surprise with lots of birthday decorations and made me feel so so happy and special. They recommended a delicious restaurant and booked my birthday dinner. Amazing best beautiful experience! Not to mention being right on the beach and walking distance to so so much.

Small quaint rustic villa,beach access,beautiful room with ocean view ,the gym is right next door ,the stuff very welcoming nice and attentive .

I highly recommend this gem in Tulum. Ezequiel and Francisco went above and beyond to accommodate our group. There are no complaints and I am already looking forward for my next stay at this lovely place. The food at their restaurants is delicious our waiter Carlos was very attentive and on point. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Staff was very nice and helpfull

Just next to it is a beach bar with loud music during the day that can be annoying when the bas is too strong. The food in the restaurant is not something to recommend.

The direct access to the beautiful beach was amazing. The design of the room was stylish. The music of the beachclub was good and my beach chair was frontrow.

The clubs around it are quite loud, but with silicone each plugs it was fine - just be aware that there is music until 1-2am every night and come prepared. Also bring a sleep mask, it is fairly bright.
