It really felt like we were in a treehouse amongst all the greenery of the trees. Beautifully decorated and definitely a place to visit if you like simplistic stays and back to basics. It is an Eco hotel so understandable about the AC only working between certain hours. The location was good with regards to walking to different restaurants or beach clubs. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is very laid back which we liked and very quiet. Nature at its best!

amazing receptionist, best location if you want to be close to the beach and parties - and you can hear the party in your room so if you are looking for quiet nights it’s not for you. AC work only 8pm - 4am but you have fan just above the bed. Always had hot water. (Don’t brush your teeth with them)

Cuautli went above and beyond the call of duty to help me secure critical transportation during an unexpected taxi strike! Besides that, he was just very considerate, helping an old guy with ridiculously heavy luggage. The grounds are very attractive and well kept. The owners were as pleasant and helpful as any I have ever met, anywhere in Mexico. I would most definity stay here again! I had the ground floor room, which was very comfortable and airy, at a very good price for Tulum - but next time I would love to have the top floor! Never had ANY problem with noise, the location was great. And I appreciated their eco- consciousness, too! Wish I could have stayed longer. There was even a sweet cat visiting my threshold. 6 stars!

Was in construction so i imagine the remodel will prove to rectify the issues i saw, just a little worn and not really a lobby or hang out vibe.

Very close to the restaurants, top hotels, Tulum iconic structures (Ahau), boutiques and bars. There are pharmacies, money exchange, and mini marts/grocery store near the property. There’s one cenote at the end of the road, and to the opposite far end you can find the Mayan ruins. There’s beach access, and the best part is Cuau, receptionist, was our resource all throughout. He gave his WhatsApp number, so it was very convenient to communicate with him.

Bathrooms were not sparkly clean, but since it’s a beach property I get it. Also, the only time you can turn on the a/c or use hair dryer is after 8pm. Hotels at the beach area use solar energy, and they charge their power during the day. We didn’t mind though, because Cuau made it clear when we checked in.

Everything was perfect room was very nice and clean I book room with balcony for 2 nights and amazing view after I book another 2 nights in flamingo suite but I like more with the balcony view..the personal were always helpful and the location was just perfect in the middle of hotel zone...for Sure I will come back soon.

It was an amazing value for the price! The room was cleaned daily and the fan in the room really helped. The staff was very helpful, and the location was prime!

I would have loved to have air conditioning all day, but that wasn’t a big deal. You are out doing things in the daytime and the fan in the room really helps…we were there in the middle of July, and still were comfortable.

Just wow. The vibe is amazing!!! Tropical vibe with trees all over. Very close to the beach. Friendly staff. Very cool and clean room with air conditioning and a ventilator. Amazing balcony with seats and a hammock.

Parking not included, parking in Tulúm is crazy expensive. So if you are coming by car be prepared to pay for parking.

The room was like inside a tree with a very good enclosure in the environment. Nice view over the mangal.

The water in the bathroom was very low pressure and bad taste. The picture suggests you have access to the beach, but actually you don't. You can access the beach using the services of some bars nearby.

The hidden Tree House was perfect for our stay. It's situated in the perfect spot, literally halfway on the Tulum Beach Road. Surrounded by cafe's, shops and restaurants - it's perfect for a long or short stay. The staff are super helpful and are there to help 24/7. All the facilities are perfect for a tree house style room.
