Hotel was nicer than I expected. Comfortable rooms and easy to walk right out to the beach. That's pretty much what you are paying for. The restaurant was very convenient for breakfast each morning. Also like that they had bikes available for guests. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting taxis and other arrangements.

Some of the rooms are close to the studio for yoga and other classes, so you may hear noise in the morning from the instructor or other music. Wasn't a dealbreaker but if you are noise sensitive, definitely ask for a location away from that area.

Felt like I arrived to a friends beach house, great vibes all around. I loved the energy of the place as well as the deck in front of the beach where I would hang out. Loved my room that had a lot of little touches, comfortable bed, lots of closet space to get settled in and the massages were some of the best I ever had.

I loved everything about this property and will definitely return.

Beautiful beachfront location & nice rooms with big beds. The food at the restaurant is healthy and reasonably priced.

All the activities yoga, ice baths etc are an additional and significant cost. The staff at the front desk are pretty useless, I left a swimsuit there & tried to call them multiple times an hour after checking out No phone number just WhatsApp. They made no effort to look for it or contact me.

Amazing location. We were in a beachfront room and it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. There was the luxury of a very nice resort, but at the same time a personal touch with great care and attention. Yoga classes absolutely amazing. Darlene’s class was so fun and inspiring. Couldn’t have been a better start to the new year. Thank you!

This property represent the real Tulum. If you’re looking for a commercial hotel this is not for you. This place is magical. Tulum was a place years ago where you would go to appreciate the magic it has to offer. Yes, there are new hotels that are as tacky as ones you can find in a bad beach club in Miami. If you’re looking for kind, beautiful service and an almost fairytale sense of being I highly recommend.

It's all about the vibe; this place is magic. People who work here are so kind...they consider themselves family, so visitors do too. There's a calm here...things get done quietly. Breakfast, barefoot looking at the ocean. Comfy beach lounges. The most luxurious beds imaginable. A glorious beach...

There are no areas of shade for clients who don’t want full sun daily all day. This is super important and over looked. They needs beds that have umbrellas.

The property being oceanfront, views, healthy food, staff, activities available. Looking forward to visiting again and using the new gym!

AC unit was hit or miss at night.

I loved everything! The location, hotel facilities, staff, the beach club, and the food. Definitely, I will come back!

My only suggestion is the music on the beach club, very boring. It needs to be more cheerful and not so yoga into all the time.

I loved my stay at Amansala. The room was full of details with big closet space, and great style. I love the deck area to have a meal or a drink. I booked the smallest room and paid a bit more to get a larger room and it was so worth it. Breakfast was big and fresh. Feels really homey yet they take care of your needs like a 5-star resort. I will definitely come back. Loved the location as you are just a few minutes from the happening bars and restaurants but not in the middle of the noisy part of Tulum. They have great massages on site too.

I loved everything about this place! I wish I could have stayed longer.
