Hotel has a direct access to the beach and because there is so much nature you do not feel like at the resort. The staff at the hotel is super nice and helpfully. They go above and beyond to help with anything. Restaurants have very good food. The restaurant with the nests has a spectacular views.

As with many other hotels in zona hotelara, if you are looking for quiet and zen, that is probably not the best choice. The DJ starts playing at 1pm and the music keeps blasting until later evening hours. The room we had, with ocean view, has had a bit of a humid stench but it is hard to expect anything else in the middle of a jungle where AC is not generally controlled. If you do not care about that, everything else is perfectly fine.

The breakfast and Food choices

There’s a night club next door that plays very loud music until 4 am, I did not enjoy that.

The setting is amazing - the treehouse is so cool and the beach club was so fun and beautiful with such a fun vibe. The room was beautiful with fantastic maid service. They upgraded us to an ocean view for our honeymoon and left us complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberries which was such a nice touch. The staff are exceptional here- by far superior to anywhere else we stayed during our two weeks in Mexico. Attentive and welcoming reception team and fantastic staff in the beach club - shout out to Enrique & Ricardo who were fantastic and made our stay extra special. It wasn’t in our original travel plans to stay here and we booked a week before - I’m so glad we did as it was the highlight of our trip.

I liked the style of the hotel, the furniture, the atmospehere and the vibes. The beach was amazing and my favorite is the nest! Its so cooool! Food is delicious too!

I really hated the loud music almost every day! It was terrible, we couldnt sleep very well. Im not joking but end of the week, our beds were shaking- because of the music, that was the point when we thought about, maybe would be the best decision tho change hotel, but luckily from the next day we realised, the music is not so loud . Other problem was the loud people next to us in the other room. During 2-4am through 2 days it was impossible to sleep because of them.

Property was nice and location was very central.

Good experience overall. If I had to say one negative thing is the noise. We did enjoy the music but it is non stop and goes on all day and until late at night. You also hear the music from nearby clubs. It was not really a negative thing but just was not so much the vibe we were looking for. We would be ok if it was a more chilling music vibe but it was mostly party music especially from the nearby hotels.

The treehouse atmosphere was architecturally incredible and the staff are exceptionally warm and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the restaurant on the rooftop overlooking the jungle and the ocean.

The music wasbtoo loud late at night. There is no reason for this. I asked to move my room which was across from the most incredibly loud music that went on for hours.

Let’s start with the staff! They were so polite! So helpful with everything! Tania and everyone at the front desk were amazing! Highly recommended hotel! Wonderful experience! Will definitely come back! The hotel was amazing! Our room was wow!!! We planned to have so activities out but we didn’t because of how nice the hotel is so we literally stayed inside for the 3 days we spent! The swimming pool is really lovely.

The resturant in the roof top (nets) were super expensive and felt like waisted money for the quality of food! This is the only thing I would change for a magical stay! I wished our meal was nice then I wouldn’t of cared about the price .. but sadly we didn’t enjoy it at all. La zebra is quit nice we ended up having our meals there (it’s 10 minutes walk)

The food was excellent. The beds were comfy. We rented a car so the security and enclosed parking was the best. I loved the Spa.

The pool was not appealing. I understand you cater to Americans but we stayed for 3 nights a variety of Hispanic music would have been great. Hearing that party non stop for 5 hours is too much. Can't relax.

Great property with a super interesting and unusual concept. Jungle vibe. Nice beach club and breathtaking views of rooftop bird nests. The atmosphere, the vibe, very nice and helpful stuff actually caring for you to have the best time, best location you can find in Tulum

This was an amazing hotel in an amazing location surrounded by multiple other locations that were worth visiting while we stayed in Tulum. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and very well presented. The beach access was great and on-site restaurants were amazing in particular the nests. We also enjoyed a couples massage which again was great. A special mention for the friendly staff, in particular Dario who helped us with everything we needed.
