best hotel we have slept in, in 3 weeks Mexico. We had an beach room, with sand, view, sound of the sea and everything you would expect. Besides that, 2 pools, a restaurant, a bar, beach chairs and beds, super staff, we were really their guest.

sargassum, mosquito's (but that is both not the fault of the hotel) and a bit far of the center of Tulum Beach, if one could speak of a center. Besides that, Tulum Beach is quite expensive, which is no problem if all expectations are met but given the uninfluenceable forces of nature (sargassum & mosquitos) it sometimes did hurt a bit, when the credit card smoked

The location is perfect - right on the beach. The bungalow is old school Tulum- very rustic but comfy. Since it is owned by Panamera, you can use all of their facilities which are great. I cannot say enough about the staff- they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had stayed there in December and two of the waitstaff, David and Alberto, remembered me by name and gave me a huge hug! Also, Miguel. the restaurant manger, is a huge asset. He is welcoming and chats with every guest. I am now a loyal guest and will be staying at either Tuup or Panamera every future visit to Tulum (2x a year).

The pillows :) a bit hard.

This is my favourite hotel in Tulum. I came back after 2 years. It's perfectly located. Next to panamera hotel where you have free access to the beach club, great resteaurant with excellent crew and swimming pool. Panamera offers a lof ot activities. It's a perfect spot if you want to party also - best places are walking distance or short taxi drive from Tuup. But neigbourhood is quiet, so you have peace to relax with no disturbunce. It's not so obvious in Tulum in this area.

What can be better than waking up to the ocean view? You step outside and you are right on the beach. Rooms are light and airy! Beds comfy! Staff from Panamera who helped with check in/out and all other requests are super friendly and helpful. I would come back to both of those places without thinking twice!

There were no light switches next to bed and would be sooo needed! Music from the beach bar next door was a bit too loud in the evening if you prefer a quieter spot but it was off by 10pm (off season).

We stayed in one of the bungalows across the road and it was absolutely lovely, both inside and out! As soon as you walk into the room, there’s an amazing smell and the space is minimalist and clean, with comfy beds. You have access to Hotel Panarema's facilities, which was a fantastic bonus.

The staff member told us that the room was very simple and minimalistic. Maybe a hook here and there would have helped, but it was nothing major.

Perfect if you want to stay far from the parties and beach clubs, it's calmer, simpler with good decoration and nice staff. Getting the ocean view room was definitely important for the entire experience. But if you want more of a fancy experience, music, service, or you can spend the day at the beach club on the side, that is part of the accommodations structure, or move to another location. It was low season, so perfect for what we want.

No frigobar in the room. But I think most of places in the area are like that.

I booked a room at the cheapest hotel in Tulum during the high season, which was Tuup. it was part of a very nice boutique hotel Pantamera though and I was allowed to the facilities of the Pantamera such as the beach, the restaurant, the complimentary yoga and the pool and … the wonderful pool party at Christmas Eve (though parties take place in the afternoon, so rather: Christmas Eve Afternoon). Service was great, every night the maid came by to check if I had enough towels and water. A lot of eye for detail. The restaurant served wonderful food. I once had the mushroom ceviche and the little avocado cubes were cut symmetrically, I ate them all.

The location was perfect, the room was very nice and the beach was amazing! Super clean and comfortable. The daily yoga class was the most amazing experience we had!

You had to cross the road in order to get coffee :( But the coffee was good 😊

We loved that every corner was carefully designed; design , service and location are element that makes it outstanding!

Understaff even on really busy days didn’t help the waiters to give an outstanding service.

Tuup was amazing. It’s connected to the Panamera Hotel so you get all the perks of using their facilities and service for paying a little less for decent rooms. We extended our stay and paid a little extra to stay on the beach front bungalow and it was so worth it! The service is impeccable and they even have valet. Food is delicious and the hotel, decoration and beach is so picturesque. Honestly didn’t want to leave! Also, a 15 min walk into the heart of Tulum beach nightlife so very walkable if you want to party but far enough away that it’s not too loud at night.
