The apartment itself is nice. But unfortunately, this is the only good thing you will find.

Unfortunately, the most important feature you need is missing: *SAFETY*. During the second night of our stay someone entered the apartment through the main door window and stole my laptop that was in the dining room. Luckily they did not come into our rooms. There were clear evidences of forced entry in the window. Also, it is very easy to reach the apartment at second floor from a tree that precisely goes from the basement to the terrace. We tried to contact the admin 3 times both the first night and after the theft, but nobody answered. We had to sleep one night with chairs in front of the window as a barrier to avoid someone entering again, because there was no way to close it (pictures attached). After they answered and I explained the situation they told me there is no compensation available and they stopped answering. The same goes for Booking, that won't help you at all. I have been filing complaints to the police but they seem to not care about it. Also, the location is very far from any beach and if taxis to the beach cost around 15/20 dollars one way. They do not provide you with keys for the gym and they also forgot to send us the password to enter the building in the night, so first night we had to wait 30 minutes outside hoping for some other resident to come and open us. In the end, if you want to be have zero support from the property and risk some to have burglers as guests during the night, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, I would not really recommend it.
