You did not book my stay! I had issues with your confirmation provided therefore I had to pay much more than what I had confirmed through your website. “Booking.com”

I really liked the hotel's location—just a short walk to the beach, with its own private pathway leading directly there. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. My family especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options. The swimming pools were also a great highlight, perfectly suited for both adults and children.

One downside was the lack of towels at the swimming pools. I went three separate times, and unfortunately, there were none available on each occasion. On a different note, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. However, when it came time to pay, there was a mishap. The waiter initially only charged us for the food and mentioned a system glitch that prevented the drinks from being added to the bill. He knew the correct drink total and asked me to manually add it to the food amount. I told him it didn’t look right. In the end, I included the 800 pesos for drinks on top of the 2600 pesos food bill and paid with my debit card. I didn’t want to make a fuss—just something to be aware of.

Incredible location - right on the beach. Pool was amazing. Staff were super friendly and always helpful. Facility was super clean. Breakfast was amazing. Really liked the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Perfect in every way.

Some people might like a more secluded location - but we really liked having the city, and all the food options, right outside the front door.

It was clean and the people were so nice, the room was clean and the view was amazing. Really nice restaurants were within walking distance and some with live music. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

The pool was superb; I’m a lap swimmer and liked the white markers that formed a lane! We used and appreciated the daily bottled water for both of us. The staff was responsive and helpful whenever we asked.

The water in shower and sink took a long time to get hot. We wasted too much water that way. We never figured out how to keep a secure WiFi. Once we left the building and turned off WiFi we got an unsecured network when we returned to the hotel. We got help twice but gave up after that.

Everything about the Courtyard was phenomenal. The staff upon entrance was extremely polite, helpful and most importantly, welcoming. The room was clean and the view was absolutely breathtaking. This resort is a must stay! I'll definitely book here in the future.

Nothing, but with world wide water shortages, wonder why the water pressure and flow is so high. Does not set a good ECO example.

Typical Mexican resort buffet food, only fresh cooked offerings were eggs/ omelets.

the reserved room was not available, HVAC issues, it's December, no need for AC and After 30 plus years, one doesn't find heat offered in resorts.
