Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great with most things you could think of. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool was freezing, so cold no one could go in it. We actually stayed here to have a couple days at the pool with bar service and this holtel does not provide this. We had to go to the bar to order anything and the pool was unusable. It's also far from town so there were a lot of long uber rides. It was so far that we missed a couple dinner reservations because once we came back to get ready for dinner it was too far to think about going back out.

Large and well appointed room. The shopping and food court attached to the hotel was great and we had most of our meals there. The location is good in that it’s convenient for the airport but it’s a 20-30 min taxi ride to the historic centre.

No tea/coffee making facilities are provided and we had great difficulty getting the staff to understand our request for a jug of hot water. Eventually we had a talk with one of the managers and everything was pretty smooth after that.

nice room, exceptional staff, very comfortable mattress, big TV watched my Netflix, good size mall around the hotel with lots of options. Also the hotel is surrounded by lots of businesses

breakfast buffet while very expansive wasn't cooked at 5 star level....good, but more like 4 star. It was quite far from the center of the city

Location and rooms were great!

Breakfast buffet was not good. Old bread, eggs that tasted to fish. Pool that was too cold to be used.

Some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, which did wonders for us, as we were both recovering from food poisoning. The hotel is very new and modern. Really appreciated having a master switch for all the lights. The staff were great, and we really loved the fast, free valet parking. Great wifi, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a little far from the center of the city, and the rooftop was slightly smaller than we expected. The restaurant was a little disappointing. You will want a car if you stay here.

Room was clean and very comfortable, staff is great, very attentive and helpful. Location is good. Breakfast is good, variety of options.

Dinner options, we ordered a sandwich and it barely had any meat, it was mostly bread. Needs more variety.

It’s nice and clean, but the room was humid and cold for some reason, the water pressure in the bath was weak and the water was not hot enough, other than that everything was great!

Large modern hotel with a swimming pool and free underground parking. Very good selection of food and service for breakfast.

Lack of description of using parking for hotel guests. The parking ticket you received upon entry must be validated at the hotel reception desk. Reception desk staff doesn’t speak English well.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff who greeted us at 1 Am. Large room, comfortable beds, quiet.

The room was absolutely freezing and nothing we did with the thermostat seemed to help, so we just turned it off. Also, there didn’t seem to be hot water in the sink.

Comfortable and clean room, breakfast at the restaurant could not be better. Personal very friendly and always willing to help to make us feel comfortable.
