Big room with a nice kitchenette (which we didn't really use but was nice to have). Nice big rooftop pool. Location was convenient for us as we needed to drive to be close to Progreso, but it's far from the city's center.
Breakfast was really basic and not very good. A restaurant on the premises would have been great. Gym is also very basic, just some cardio and free weights.

The property is quiet and close to the bank and the malls. The lobby and rooms are inviting and have everything an AIRBNB would have. This is my favorite hotel in Merida.
I have stayed here several visits and this time the room was not as clean as it should have been. Some of the walls in this unit were dirty. The hot was not working this stay.

We love staying in this hotel every time we visit Merida. It is very comfortable, clean, beds, pillows and towels are very nice.
Every time we visit we feel that the breakfast offered is of less quality. No pancakes or waffles this time. Chilaquiles sauce very watery. Not a lot of options.

The hotel is excellent, the breakfast really good. The only thing is that to get there they have to put the name up on the building because with the location they give you, we get lost. Was really hard to find the hotel. After that everything was excellent.

Selected suite so ample space.
Took an extremely long time to get hot water to flow. Example? Ran water for 15-20 minutes and still called maintenance. Lol he just waited too. Lol

Everything was just even better than what i expected. The staff was super nice, the room was incredible, the pool was even bigger than i thought.

Excelente location , comfortable, clean, spacious room, great staff.
A couple of nights was to noisily. Next door guest was loudly talking and watching tv until 3am.

Staff was great, they really hear what you say and act accordingly. I’ll book next time there.
Breakfast sweet bread could be way better.
