Location is very good. The staff is always smiling and welcoming.

No hot water. We didn’t report it… Pillows only one usable of the 3 provided per bed. We’ve stayed many times here ( it had been our preferred hotel up to now..) this time we got the first floor.. everything seems outdated.. I don’t want to be too critical, but I did missed the good night sleep and relaxing hot shower..

Location was good and the room was ok it was clean and comfortable for one night I think is fine but in the end I think the price was too high for what it was.

The staff was not helpful. The minifridge in the room was not working and the solution they gave me was not that efficient. Th buffet breakfast was ok but it could be better.

Breakfast was very good indeed. Perhaps, having more hot water for tea could be an improvement, a thermos jar was a bit small for the hall.

Adding a kettle in the room would be an improvement. Apart from this, everything seemed to be fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Free parking, the room was big and very clean. It's close to the Grand Mayan museum and to restaurants. The coffee in the room was great!

The shower shampoo was empty and the breakfast wasn't something wow. It was good but not something special for me.

Great hall, the best beds and pillows, the breakfast is tasty, definitely a great option to stay in Mérida!

Everything is ok

We just stayed one night but we were happy with the whole experience. The restaurant down stairs was a plus for us.

I don't really had time to explore the ammenities, one night stay wasn't enoug. Would I book again? Definitely!

The best hotel I've stayed at in Mexico! Very clean — the moment we walked into our room, it smelled so good! The staff were accommodating, the breakfast had great variety, the beds were comfortable, the location was quiet, we had a little fridge, the room was a decent size, lighting was great, the A/C worked great and wasn't too loud, and overall we were very pleased. It felt like a 4-star American hotel. Pictures often show better than real, but we were not at all disappointed with our room. It's true to the pictures shown on Booking.com! (Note: picture attached here of our room was taken after we had already moved pillows, etc. It was in perfect order when we stepped in and very nicely decorated and arranged.) The card key system is quite fancy. You'll need to use it on the elevators and also put it in an apparatus inside the door of your room while you're in there. If you're more than one person, ask for a second key when you check in.

No pool, but we opted for a hotel we expected we would be happy with and didn't really have time to swim anyway. Water (shower, sink) was warm rather than hot, but it was fine. It was a little far from the airport but close to shopping (we needed to go to Costco after our airport trip). Parking lot slightly narrow. But I'd still highly recommend this hotel!
