Front Desk Staff Friendly, Security Guard very helpful and nice, Extra Pillows, Great Bed, TV offerings, Dark out curtains

1) My wife and I have stayed there at least 10-12 times and very satisfied every time. HOWEVER, we always get asked if we have stayed here before?? It would be very nice if they actually could see under my name they we are regular guests here at this property! It would be more personable IF they treated me like I have been there before and am a regular customer. 2) We do NOT like the recent policy of having to PAY for a 2nd Key Card!!!! Not good.

Location, comfy beds, rooms are big enough.

AC and Fridge are noisy, if you are sensitive to noise, Avoid. In booking reservation, late checkout is included(is not specified the time limit is anyways) At the hotel, the checkout time was the same for all guests, and I have requested to use my late checkout, they told me they don't have that service.

Perfect for a long term stay. I made use of the laundry while I was there which was great since that allowed me to pack light. There is a kitchenette with an electric burner, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. Housekeeping cleans once per week.

The manager raised the price of laundry tokens from 50 pesos to 60 pesos during my stay which was a bit of a surprise. In addition, the toilet in my room had an issue with the cistern where it would drain or not fill all the way. Blankets were very thin so I bought my own.

Fast check out, supermarket 2 mins walking, very quite, working TV, good spacious bathroom, hot water, clean room.

No cups, cutlery or crockery. Even though each room offers a small kitchenette. We had to go and buy disposable stuff in the supermarket (two mins walking)

Very well located. The room has a good space and the beds also good. The staff are very kindly.

I don’t like the cleaning policy. Also I found some hairs in the bed and at in the bathroom where comes from old guest, then this has triggered a question on my mind … do they replace the pillow covers and sheet?

Noisy air conditioning unit in my room. But it did keep the room very comfortably cool.

While listed as a suite (with small kitchen) there was not a single utensil or anything with which to cook or eat.

The staff is amazing! The property is clean and close to bus lines. We have stayed here before and love it! And will again❤️
