Location was close to Avenida Montejo and transport links. One block away is OXXO, 7/11 and Six for smaller shopping. 10 minutes walk takes you to Soriana super, or Walmart. If you wish to do some excersise there's a stadium around the corner where you can use the stationary equipment or play some sports. The room was spacious enough and it had all the necessary amenities. The Internet was fast and reliable. Of course there was a refrigerator which has a small freezer compartment that always comes handy in Mérida. A/C works great and there's also ceiling fan in the room. First few nights we stayed in a smaller studio (nr. 10) with a king size bed and then we changed to a room (nr. 8) with windows facing the garden and swimming pool that has two queen size beds. Rooms were clean and always stocked with water and hygiene products. The manager was always very helpful with any requests that we had, she also runs a laundry right next door which is a huge convenience for guest staying here.

The only downside in my opinion is the weak water pressure in the shower. But that's very common pretty much everywhere in México.

Staff members were very helpful and pleasant.The place is very well located and very clean. I like the fact that they let us check in earlier than the regular time. We really enjoyed staying at that place. That’s will be our first choice for next time.

Our room was close to the street in the day time we can hear the cars and other noises. But night time is more quiet and we could sleep very well.

It's close to Centro Internacional de Congresos de Yucatán in a quiet residential neighbourhood. the apartment was very spacious and has a modern bathroom.

The kitchen was just a hot plate, a sink, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and table. This was ok though as it turned out that I wouldn't cook in the evening anyway. The huge hot tub in the bathroom wasn't connected yet.

Self check in. Good location,close to shops and town centre. Nice sitting area around pool. Lovely garden. Good vibes. Complementary coffee biscuits and water was very nice. WiFi working well, also hot water.

the bed was extremely soft water in the pool was ok but the actual pool need a bit maintenance ( we dint have time to use it, spent there just one night)

Excellent communication with the staff. I needed help with the internet because I can be technologically challenged and was helped immediately. There was a working making some noise outside my window and I requested that stop for my peace, that they accommodated me immediately. I broke a fixture and the owner would not even let me pay for it. Very good people and service.

Air conditioning and ceiling fan included. Fridge and microwave provided, with cutlery, cups and coffee machine. Plenty of electrical sockets and some near bed. Beside lamp. Triple lock on the bedroom door. Safe (but limited) car parking behind locked gates.

I always think it's unfair to criticise cheap accommodation, but in the interest of sharing information, here are some negative points. The building of the accommodation was very basic. Ants and flies in the bathroom. Bed and pillows are very soft. Owner didn't speak English, but no problem with Google Translate. Overall, nothing really bad to complain about and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our room was quiet, the pool was very nice, and the staff was kind and friendly.

We would have liked the curtains to close completely, there are many gaps across the expanse.

Self check-in was easy, housekeeping was great with daily restocking of coffee, water and cookies. The room was clean and comfortable and it was handy having a kitchenette.

The hotel is in a good location for what I needed to be. Close to the Stadium.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty.

The studio room was a good size, plenty of floor space. The shower had hit water and a good flow. The parking space was securely gated. The pool area was comfortable, so much so we had our breakfast by the pool each morning. Anna, our host was perfect and so helpful and the apartments are about a 30 minute safe walk from centre
