Very nice rooms, big, clean, comfy beds and bathroom. Cute pool area and super clean pool (yes, parking is right there but during our visit there were no cars and we parked outside). Friendly staff. I'd stay there again

just the location, quite far from the city center, in front there's a high building which spoils a bit a feeling of peaceful cozy place

I liked the cook Marcos, he was a really nice guy and made great breakfasts. I liked the room as it was new and cleaned well each day.

The pool is basically in a parking lot and two nights there was a party there with guests drinking and eating in the pool until late. My room was beside the pool, so it was loud and there was no guard to tell them it was quiet hours. Also, it is about a 30 min walk to the center.

The Hotel Boutique is small but with spacious comfortable bedrooms and a very nice bathroom. The friendly staff went above and beyond to offer us the best service possible. The restaurant also serves very tasty food. The staff accommodated our needs and arrived earlier the whole week to make us breakfast before we left for a conference. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Mérida.

I liked the idea of a jacuzzi bathtub, but unfortunately it didn’t work properly sprayed water all over and I had to clean it myself. also the internet didn’t work enough to watch Netflix. but none of this was a deal breaker anyway, the stay was pleasant all in all.

Our room was deliciously comfortable, the bed exquisite. Staff were kind and generous. Breakfast at Marcos’ Ki fabulous.

No refrigerator, towel racks, ceiling fan; unusable spa due to flooding at current settings. No ice. Monstrous intrusive TV.

The hotel is a little boutique that seemed recently restored. The room was large, next to the pool and the location of the hotel was excellent, in a walking distance from great places to enjoy the city. The staff was friendly and available, very helpful when we were looking for tours and information.

Very new and charming little hotel. Facilties were perfect, nice little pool and great bed and very modern bathroom. Really nice place to stay overall with very kind staff.

Little remarks to be made: above the door is a little window. So there is light right on the bed all night (not alot just a little but still). Guests come in very loudly and nothing is done about it. Maybe a little sign to adress being quiet. Breakfast was okay but a lot of dishes were not available. Simply dont offer them then. The walking distance to the center is a bit too much (but cabs are cheap)

Very large contemporary suite. Very comfortable furnishings. Loved the spa bathtub! The Ki restaurant served fabulous breakfasts and Marco the manager offered very helpful suggestions about other great places to eat in Merida.
