The location was quiet and convenient, especially if you are using ADO bus. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

There didn’t seem to be any consistency with towels from house keeping. Some days we got bath towels, other days it was beach towels, and other days we had none. When we brought this to the attention of front desk personnel, they didn’t follow up properly.

It was incredibly centric. We stayed there close to Dia de Los Muertos and the property was close enough to everything that we could enjoy the parades but also far away enough that we weren’t trapped or couldn’t come back to the hotel. The parking was also right in front of the hotel, which was really nice. Their included breakfast was pretty basic but during the weekends they have an additional buffet for an additional cost. We took it one of the days we were there and it had more variety.

The included breakfast had lovely fresh fruit, small amounts of granola and yoghurt, coffee/tea, which made it a good start to the day--served from 7 to 12. There also was a variety of dishes for purchase. The location is excellent--quiet for sleeping, a couple of blocks to Paseo 60 with >6 restaurants with Yucutan specialties and French pastries, a few blocks to Paseo Montejo--the strolling promenade with beautiful houses, trees, restaurants; 20 minutes walk to the Plaza Grande or take the city bus that stops a block away.

Location, staff attention and overall facilities were very good. Parking was right in front of the premises. Continental breakfast was tasty. We’d totally recommend staying here.

Only a minor thing. The toasts they gave us at breakfast were a bit hard a couple of times. Apart from that everything was on point.

The staff were all very friendly, the guys serving in the breakfast area were also very attentive. The size of the room was perfect and the location had everything within a reasonable walking distance.

There must have been a mix up, because we requested a packed breakfast since we had to leave by 6 AM and would have a five hour bus ride to Cancun. We specifically asked for a cheese sandwich in addition to fruit, but were very disappointed when we reached the bus station to see we only had fruit. And we hadn't eaten since midafternoon the day before and there was no where to buy food between the time we realized we had so little to eat and another 6 hours before we could buy something else.

The hotel is small but nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a small Fitness room for Sports which I found really good. Location was not perfect for us , without a Car you need a good 20-30 minutes walk to the Center & at night the streets are dark and not lively around the Hotel. Also the continental Breakfast included had very small Yoghurt and Granola portions .

Location is not optimal if you want to be close to the Center. Breakfast could be better.

Huge room with lots of character and very comfortable. I felt like a proper boutique hotel with a lot of local character. So much better than the generic brands. Tons of value too

Conveniently located at the heart of Merida. You can walk or Uber from there. It surpassed my expectations as I was going for something cheap, so I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend, would definitely visit again.

The staff were super accommodating and friendly.

When we arrived the floors were dirty but they cleaned them as soon as I asked.
