Comfortable rooms with probably the best beds during trip. Very extensive and good breakfast with fresh fruits, sweets, warm meals, and a fresh egg station. Ability to do you own laundry for a small fee. Amazing pool and a rooftop bar (on the pricier side) Gym was pretty good too.

Location is good for the business district, but a bit of a walk to the downtown area (20-25 minutes), close to rodeo montejo though. The towel rack is placed above the toilet paper, which makes it impossible to hangdry your wet clothes/towels.

The hotel is relatively new , in a great location just a few minutes walk from the Paseo Montejo , the rooms are large , comfortable and well furnished and the staff are wonderful as well . The buffet breakfast has a great selection of, all in all a great package and great value

There are no opening windows in the rooms , we always try to get a room with opening windows The shower in our room is a bit messy at the base where it has leaked in the past - we were only staying for 2 nights , if it was longer we would have changed rooms

Only thing I'd say is that the rooftop isn't open for sunrise, they should try and ensure they have this open as from our room, it looked amazing but the glass was not clean enough to take good pictures.

I thought about 15 times about taking the pillows with me at a charge but my luggage was full. The hot water was perfect, plenty. The bed is so comfy. The food was amazing though a bit pricey. The location is perfect for the convention center. So modern, clean and it may sound weird but smelled good all the time. (sometimes a bit hard to find) Ohhhh Almost forgot that the rooftop is amazing, with a small infinity pool, perfect to unwind + live DJ

I found that maneuvering the remote control for the TV is a common issue, as the box is placed behind. you have to stand aside from the tv to change channels.

The room was excellent. Same for the breakfast. The staff supervising the breakfast was particularly good, attentive and kind. Same for the rooftop restaurant.

I signaled upon our arrival that there was a problem with the toilet seat in our bathroom ... we left 11 days later with the same problem ...

The location was excellent - within walking distance of the historic area but convenient to the airport, as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast buffet as it had lots of delicious options.

Roof-top pool was nice and attractive. There were some loose boards on the steps of the decking.

Everythings, free breakfast, free parking. The dinner menu. The spacious room. The people’s. Comfortable beds. Pet friendly. Love the pool & bar and gym.

Great location. Walking distance to several car rentals, Starbucks and Walmart. To the old Centro about 10-15 min walk. Rooms are spacious we had 2 double beds, loved the gym and pool. Pool area has a DJ.

Hygiëne can be done a bit better. Overall it was clean however some hairs were in the bathroom. We also found a panty of someone when we checked in to the room. Staff was quick to take action and removed the it.

Amazing room (we had a suite), great location, good restaurant on site with the ability to charge back to our room.

Our in-room fridge wasn’t that cold, but this is fairly common in hotels. Slightly annoying, but not a major problem.

a bit pricey, especially with regard to food (particularly breakfast), intrusive music in some public spaces within the hotel, electronic keys a bit tricky and not always functional…
