We are from the area but stayed overnight when our power went out. We do travel around Mexico on a regular basis and this is one of the nicest hotels we have encountered. Large rooms with large bathrooms. It was the small things that were special... two bath towel holders, hand-held shower head, reading lights, etc. All for a very good price.

It would have been nice if the receptacles next to the beds had USB ports. Nothing else.

I have been coming here for about 15 yr. I love the place. The food, the people it's wonderful!!!

On this occasion, however, we had ants in everyone of our rooms. Ants on our things and food, NOT GOOD. The other thing is that they have not corrected their issue of water getting out of the shower area and flooding the rest of the bathroom. That also, has got to be fixed!!

Perfect location for Star Medica hospital. Really well thought out for people who need handicapped access with a shower that you can wheel into, grab rails for shower and toilet,self flushing toilet, a small terrace accessible for wheelchairs. Nice helpful staff, decent restaurant, pretty little garden and pool. Large comfortable room with city view. The Alta Brisa Mall is a minute or two away on foot. There are pharmacies on either side of the hotel.

Honestly, everything was great. I would have appreciated a larger, colder, fridge and coffee making in the room.

Very welcoming. Staff very freindly. Nice to have 2 restraunts on site. Nice pool area. Very convenient to the dental office that we were visiting.

The elevator was extremely small - ended up always taking the stairs - good for fitness as we were on the 5th floor, but some people may struggle.

Very close to Altabrisa mall (walking distance) and Star Medica hospital. Lots of options for breakfast buffet, pool and grounds looked nice.

Windows in hallways are very low and kept open, no screens which was not child-safe and attracted bugs to interior hallway lights.

The staff is amazing, both at lobby and in restaurant. The Deluxe Room was really spacious and comfortable. Overall the facilities are clean and have easy access. I travel with a toodler and a senior (my mom) and it was easy and comfortable for them to move around between the room and the rest of the hotel. There's a drugstore next to the hotel entrance; a small convince store (oxxo) and a kids playground nearby , all walking distance less than half a block. In front of the hotel there's a private hospital and behind this hospital There's a big shopping mall with several clothing stores, a supermarket, Starbucks, several dine in restaurants and a food court.

Front parking lot is small and it looks like is used by people who are not guests from the hotel or users of the restaurant. The street in front of the hotel is usually packed by cars of parked both sides.

We liked that the room was cleaned and beddings were freshed each day. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Hotel was in prime location for us. We will definitely book again.

I wish the shower had a full door and not just the partial panel of glass…water always got out of the shower and on to the bathroom floor

The rooms are big and the balcony too. The roof terrace bar just opened when I arrived and the view is amazing, on top of that you are allowed to smoke there, which is a huge plus in a country like Mexico where smokers are usually banned even from open-air spaces. The Star Medica hospital is just across the street, which was the reason for my visit to this area. And a nice mall is also very close, as well as a convenience store just next to the hotel. Internet was great! So everything you need for remote work or just in general.

The balcony is huge, but there is no furniture, just two chairs, one of them was broken.. They still follow every Covid protocol while the whole world is removing restrictions.

The bed was cómodo. Floors have good material. Balcony. Corner room next to the stairs, so I can walk down to get in my exercise. Restaurant at the bottom.

The shower. The shower drain. The shower doesn't have a "lip" to prevent water from going out.
