The location was in walking distance to food, the mall, banking, and Oxxo.

I requested a refrigerator in my room since I was going to be there over a month. The refrigerator was extremely small, held a few beverages but not much else. I saw images of bigger refrigerators before booking so that’s why I booked this hotel and added a note to be sure I was getting a refrigerator.

Very clean and ladies will clean it every day. Very good iced chai latte from the restaurant, no coffee shop was not able to make a decent iced coffee like this hotel.

Too small room, like a shoe box. Bathroom sink is tiny and you can't lean on it, it has bad fixings and will come off the wall, when washing teeth because you want to be close, not splattering the toothpaste everywhere. Because of the small size, AC keeps it too cold even on 27c.

Value for money is awesome! Super cheap but decent rooms which make it fair enough! The staff was super friendly and the location not bad at all! Liked it a lot!

Even though the staff didn't understand English it worked out well and everybody was super friendly. Didn't do breakfast there but did it at the restaurant next door which is pretty awesome!

The kitchen is not well equipped, no pots or any way to make hot water, just pans. The sofa bed is okey but not super comfortable.

The beds were hard. The sheets had stains. The toilet seat did not fit the bowl. The dirt was rearranged when they mopped. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I had to get a taxi .

Tourist Suite was good. Staff really good and helpful can't say enough nice things about them. Convenient location. TV package is great. Cafe on first floor for hotel guests. No laundry in hotel but 1 day clean and fold service is just over a block away.. perhaps the management should have laundry service offered and source the nearby laundry to make extra $. It's a good Mexican hotel at a fair price. Fridge and a/c work well. Keep in mind this is not a tourist zone hotel.. it's locals.. there are savings to be had by grinning and bearing with noise issues. Almost everything you need is a walking distance away. (Max .5 miles)

Street noise... lots. A cart selling product with a PA was really annoying... seller goes till around 10 pm... except Sunday and Monday... surprising as there is a hospital nearby :( unfortunately all the suites face the busy street. bath mat towels ratty with holes watch your toes. Futon needs more padding. Bed not very comfortable. Only came with 2 pillows in rm. Not very supportive pillow not hotel grade. Had water bottles left in the room only two days out of 6. Kitchen could use a pot and a sharp long knife. Cafe on main floor Fraps are great. Food portions for breakfast are good but better food and portions can be found a few doors away at steet level for a wee cheaper. With a few modifications this hotel would be an amazing stay... plus short circuit the street sellers recorded PA system. Lol you can seriously hear it two blocks away.
