Nothing - couldn’t have been better if we’d designed every detail ourselves.

Great location. Good staff.

Many of the fixtures were dated, especially the bathroom sink and shower. Not enough hooks to hang towels. Lighting not very good in room. It all seemed dated for a high end hotel. Dinners and food in restaurant often good, but inconsistent, especially breakfast.

The hotel is a beautiful 100-year old house decorated with lots of style. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms, too. The bed very comfortable. The staff very accomodating and the breakfast very tasty, especially the croissants freshly made each morning.

I couldn't sleep due to the heavy noise from the ancient AC system and the mini-fridge. A better cleaning/maintenance of the premises is necessary.

Excellent customer service. The personell was amazing in helping with anything. Large high-ceiling room. Very good food for breakfast and dinner restaurant (if you choose to eat here) with live music. Also good service at the dinner restaurant. And goooood bread with olive oil. Amazing location - close to most places within walking distance. Located on a vibrant street. Option of Valet parking or parking in the street. We parked in the street and had no problems.

The floors were not cleaned in the rooms. They kept changing our towels even if we hanged them up because we didn’t want them changed (eco-wise).

Location is fantastic , Staff more than friendly Breakfast where fantastic Restaurant for dinner is really good service

Toilet didn’t work so good , stayed here 12 years ago and was brilliant starting to show signs it needs a overhaul again

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms & bathrooms a good size with a nice outdoor bath & breakfast was good quality (& a lot of it!). It was very busy for breakfast on the weekend, but the staff found tables for hotel guests very quickly.

For the price point it was relatively expensive compared to other places we stayed. The rooms could do with a lick of paint, the spa was closed (which we were informed about beforehand), however the refurb meant banging throughout the day. It states there is parking, but this is on street, not a private car park. Food in the restaurant for dinner was not great, nor was the service - would recommend going elsewhere instead, as there are nicer, cheaper places to eat in the area.

Beautiful and quaint hotel, great location, quiet courtyard to relaxe and swim! The BEST restaurant in a Boutique Hotel; we ate in the Rosas y Xocolate Restaurant four of the five nights; really it is among the finest!

Good value for breakfast.

Bathroom plumbing in our room (hotel room #2) needs attention. We reported this to the front desk when we left so the issue has probably been addressed.

the service and staff, all staff are exceptional!! from cris at front desk, katherinne, so sweet and the dining room and all staff are exceptional. Kevin in dining is outstanding, welcoming and exceptional care and service. a 5-star experience all the way around!!

the location is great, the remodel and improvements will be very good adding space and massage, we missed not having outdoor patio for dining but it will be so nice when complete

Good choice and as breakfast was included we were very happy.

Would have been nicer to have had a heated pool with some sunshine to sunbathe as this was in the shade....
