The staff went above and beyond in welcoming me and providing any information I needed about the hotel or the beautiful city of Merida. All the front desk managers were great... very friendly and accomodating! Martin was a very gracious host and helped me every day with my Spanish. The room was clean and cool. Muchas gracias todos! Just two blocks to Paseo de Montejo. If I return to Merida I would absolutely stay at the Hotel Holly again.

The staff was very efficient and kind in moving us to a different room in accordance with our reservation. Initially an older and dark room was given to us and didn't correspond with the photos from Booking. Then we had a very nice stay, good location, quiet, clean, nice swimming pool.

The first room given to us was old and not very clean. There is a mismatch between Booking photos and real availability.

The staff were an absolute joy at this hotel especially Olivia who was so warm and friendly. In fact Ricki and the other staff were all good too. Very clean and quiet, although is it quite a walk to the centre but there are restaurants close by. On site parking, The breakfast was quite good.

Probably a little bit dated and a bit far from the centre if you have mobility issues, but we enjoyed our stay here.

Calm cozy hotel with a vibe of being part of a little family-business. We enjoyed our stay and our little 1 year old boy was really welcome - the staff were always so happy to see him. Great location also, close to a big park with food and playgrounds.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, two blocks from cafes, banks, etc., quiet, loved watching the parrots in the trees from my balcony, plenty of hot water for shower, decent breakfast options.

No drinking glasses or cups in the room

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and immaculately maintained. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly, caring and had the perfect combination of attention vs leaving you alone. I hope to return soon!

It was clean, comfortable, quiet, two short blocks walking distance to fabulous Paseo Montejo and all its historic buildings, sights and great restaurants! Front desk man spoke good English and was friendly and helpful. Parking was decent

Building is older but well maintained.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They were able to provide me with a more comfortable room than the one I originally had with no fuss. The location is also within walking distance to most restaurants and bars.

Perhaps the rooms can be upgraded a bit with larger TV's.

The location was around the corner to Paseo de Montejo . It was very quiet at night , and we could also walk to the center in about 30 mins .

The room had a musty smell when you walked in .
