We stayed for three nights. The hotel is well located. Not far from the main square, about 20 minutes walking. Close to beautiful Paseo Montejo. In the area there are so many good restaurants. The staff was wonderful. So kind. Breakfast was very good. Maybe not much choice but what they make is freshly made and delicious. We had the Presidential room. It was huge! Bathroom huge also with a lot of towels.

Although the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were awful! Hard as bricks!! I ended up using a cushion that was one the chair to sleep. There is a roof top pool. It could be a bit cleaner.

Fantastic reception team, they were so kind and helpful. I had my wallet stolen on the bus to Merida, and lots of fraudulent charges were made and they helped connect to the police who brought us to the right place to make the theft report I need for the bank. They also had great food recommendations. Location is fantastic, and the pool up top is such a nice lookout point.

Only thing to keep in mind is that not all rooms have windows. The room was nice and dry, and we spent most time in the city and out so it didn't bother us.

The staff and service at Casa Continental could not have been better and exceeded my expectations in every way. I stayed for two weeks, during which time everyone was kind and helpful, especially Najeli and Pedro. Their hospitality made me feel like family. I can also say the same about the cleaning staff, who had my room immaculate with fresh linens every morning as soon as I returned from breakfast. Top review! 110%!

Everything was perfect.

Perfect location, very hot water with good pressure, great room and THE most attentive staff. They made arrangements so we could have our pick-up Christmas dinner on the terrace. People do make a difference and they were awesome!

You get to listen to what is going on at the Lobby and the electrical pump during the night but it didn't bother us much as we sleep like rocks!

Nice spacious hotel close to restaurants and evening entertainment. Wish we stayed there longer. It was very comfortable

Bathroom floor was a little slippery when getting out of the shower. I didn’t see a bath mat. Might be handy for some folks. Just a suggestion

The location was perfect. El paseo de Montejo was right around the corner and all of the restaurants on Calle 47 were steps away. The room was clean, fairly spacious and had hot water and great water pressure in the shower

Rooms were large and staff were so friendly. We loved the location, it was perfect for exploring Merida. Rooms were clean and there was a large bathroom with full sized toiletries.

Rooftop pool could have been cleaner and there were renovation works we weren’t told about. Breakfast was included but it was basic, fruit and toast.

The property was clean, boutique with not many rooms which made it special. The staff were fabulous, happy and always smiling.

Besides the room and the rooftop pool, there’s no bar, restaurant, no breakfast - just a few in house amenities.

Location was perfect. So close to Paseo de Montejo and a ton of fantastic restaurants. Property was clean, tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable.

The noise from the road in the middle of the night can be a little much due to the open roof.
