Every part of our stay was impeccable! From the discreet exterior, the gorgeous foliage and songbirds once inside, the amazing A/C, the hotel’s proximity to Merida’s best food scene, Treehouse Boutique Hotel blew all of our expectations. The service throughout the hotel was sublime, and there was never a request that was answered with a “no.” Instead, staff seemed to make it their mission to please guests and say yes to every request If only we had more time to enjoy the pool!

Nothing! It was amazing! Just make sure to bring bug spray. Mosquitos in Merida are intense.

I could not imagine a better experience. The Treehouse Hotel deserves every bit of the great acclaim it has received. The hotel is perfectly located just off Montejo and blocks from Parque Santa Ana. The proprietors are exceedingly friendly and clearly understand how to provide a wonderful client experience. Similarly, the hotel staff is extremely competent, amiable, courteous, and proactive. The property itself is beautiful, with no detail overlooked. You will be glad you stayed at the Treehouse Hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was a beautifully designed oasis in the busy city. Sunita and Patrick are the ultimate hosts. They made us feel very welcome and cared for. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was perfect. I’m recommending the Tree House to all my friends!

The owner, Sunita, is very welcoming and helpful, and so are all the other staff ladies: Carolina, Ale, Jessica (sorry cannot remember all the names and not sure of spelling). Unfortunately my wife and I do not speak Spanish but there was a good level of English from the staff so communication was not an issue. A couple of evenings there were live classical music concerts in the courtyard which was a very nice touch that enhanced the overall experience.The staff was also very helpful with organizing trips for us and we were also allowed to leave our luggage with them for a couple more hours after we checked out. Also, Sunita owns another hotel a minute away down the street that has a bigger pool and the guests from Treehouse can use that as well. We definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

The breakfast is good, but sometimes we had to ask for the basics (ie we received jam/honey and butter but no bread); some things were plenty, ie fruits, but the butter and jam/honey were definitely not enough for two people. We always received what we asked for so did not go hungry but we feel the breakfast service needs a little improvement. The pool is okay for swimming but not great but as per above there are other options.

The staff were very kind. Aesthetically, it's a lovely property. The location is great and near Paseo de Montejo and good restaurants.

The breakfast (included) leaves a lot to be desired, but I think that's often how hotel breakfasts go. The value of the property just wasn't there for me (despite being a lovely place!). I think there are other options where the money can go a lot further.

Treehouse Boutique Hotel provides a retreat like setting. Calming and beautiful. Location is great. The staff were professional and kind and knowledgeable. We felt very taken care of there. I usually don't spend this much for a hotel but felt it was worth it. On our first night one of the owners, Sunita, went out of her way to make us a perfect salad for cena which was what I most craved.

Luxury rooms, vip service, relaxing common areas with a pool. Everything from check in to check out was exceptional! Start off your day with their delicious breakfast and head out to explore Merida from this convenient location. Be sure to stop next door at the coffee shop and indulge in a sinfully delectable quiche.

I stayed here on my way back home from exploring the state of Yucatan. I had a great experience everywhere in the friendly and beautiful state. My regret is that I didn't stay here more!!! Look no further for your next luxury stay!

Everything was wonderful. Our bags were delayed and the stuff did everything possible to get them to us. They contacted the airline every day multiple times. They did way more than I would have expected.. They did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

No fridge in room or way to make tea/ coffee. But the perks outweighed that.
