The location is only a safe 6 block walk to Ave 60 for majority of restaurants and 10 blocks to Plaza Grande Parque. There is a nice restaurant El Templo around the corner on Calle 59 that i ate at often. The Shower water is so hot you could get scalded. Pool looks lovely and cleaned daily. The AC and Internet is good. For the price i would definitely stay there again. Staff were friendly and helpful although their English was minimal.

Some will say the room furniture is dated. The rooms have a single and a double bed, work desk/chair and closet space with hangers. Being Solo I tested the Double bed and it was Soft from wear so i slept comfortably on the Firmer single bed. The room was clean and quiet. I am obviously not as nitpicking as other reviewers and glad i ignored them. So the toilet bowl had some Rust colored stains from the Hard water but it flushed great. great for $32 Cad a night.

The room was nice and clean, the pool seemed very clean. Although the recepcionist was an alternate in this job, he was friendly and helpful in the way he could. There's a park very close from the hotel.

It would been a lot better if they could sell something to eat late at nigth other than jelly or sandwiches, other than that everything was ok

My room was comfortable. The shower and air con worked well. The bed was good. I had a window with a fly screen to let in fresh air. The staff were good especially the cleaners. The swimming pool with outdoor shower is a feature.

The location is a good 15 minute walk to the market and restaurants. The kitchen downstairs was barely passable. Not a lot of anything if you want to cook for yourself.

The staff is wonderful. The cleaning ladies are fantastic. I am going to stay here for at least several more weeks. 5 star hotel!!!!

I love everything.

The staff member who handled my checking in (a young gentleman with glasses) was very nice and spoke good English. The room is wide enough and cleaned. The hot shower and the air conditioner worked very well.

Personnel was always paying close attention to my parents needs. Availability for food / snacks / drinks were of good quality and a reasonable price. Electricity was always on regardless of the issues for city outages. Pool and parking always clean and well illuminated.

Great place and fantastic staff. However every kitchen item seems to be single use plastic ( cutlery etc). Hope this is changed into normal glass and metal kitchen items or other environmentally friendly options

Beautiful hotel. Nice clean pool and patio area. Free water available, excellent location right in the heart of town. Free coffee in the evening.

Good value if you book way in advance. Good house cleaning. Pool was clean.
